*****************************, owner of Dream-MT properties, managed my home as a vacation rental for about 2.5 years. She She stopped paying me in June and owes me over $3000.00. I have emailed, texted and called multiple times. She will not return any messages. She could not manage the property well, not many reservations and no good revenues. Her company still has my property listed on her website. I have since fired her (not happy with her performance before she even stopped paying me my returns) and hired a new company. Bad management for sure, just don't want others to use her services and get duped like I did.Initial Complaint

On May 24th 2021, we booked a vacation rental for summer 2022 (End of June to mid-August). Upon booking we placed a reservation deposit of $1773.75. On March 18th 2022 we informed the owner of the company (*****************************) that we would like to cancel our reservation. We then followed up about the cancellation by phone, email, and text. The company's website states that reservations cancelled more than 30 days away from reservation date will be refunded in full less a cancellation fee within 7 days of cancellation. See website: https://www.dream-mt.com/terms-conditions.asp Our reservation was cancelled more than 90 days in advance.It has been 24 days since cancellation and we have not received a refund and the company is not returning our emails or calls despite our repeated efforts to make contact.We would like our deposit promptly refunded.Initial Complaint

We reserved a property managed by ****** ******** of Dream Montana Properties on the AirBnB platform. The short-term rental was to run from Feb 10 - Feb 12 on a house that is located at *** **** ******* ****, Bozeman, MT 59718. The house is referred to as "******* ****" on the AirBnB site. On February 4, Dream Montana Properties contacted us through AirBnB with a proposal that they would pay us if we were to cancel our reservation. Over the next 6 days, what they offered included a free night at one of their other properties, then it changed to offering $375, then $450 and finally, on February 9, this offer increased to $500. On February 10, the reservation was cancelled and ****** ******** asked, via text, "Let me know where you end up, ill bring a check by." I reached out to her on February 11 with the location with no response. I have repeatedly reached out to her via text, AirBnB, phone and social media with no further communication. I am requesting that Dream Montana Properties completes the agreement that was made with me, in writing, related to one of the homes that they manage. The agreement was that they pay $500 to cancel our agreement.
