      Purchased two items on October 14, 2023 and came back on October 18, 2023 to make a return. The return was within their return policy printed on the receipt. The owner who was there refused to give a refund stating he will only do an exchange for a higher priced similar item. I stated his return policy printed and he said due to that I have a bad attitude and he refused to help me. When I initially purchased the item, I asked the lady working if we can return it and she said yes. Turns out that is the owners sister. He didnt believe me thats what she told me. The item purchased was an indoor ** antenna and we realized after getting it home it wouldnt work due to it not being a long enough mileage range for the ** towers so the products were never used. We had even asked the lady when we were in the store if she knows if it will work. Said we can only buy a more expensive larger outdoor antenna as the only option for a return. I believe they know the indoor ones wont work and make up their own return policy so you are forced to either not get your money back or purchase the more expensive outdoor antenna.

      Thank you for this opportunity to respond.  We gave *************** more than one option.  The receipt clearly states that refunds will be given for unopened packages.  Although its not clear in the picture, it was very obviously open and used.  We offered to give her the refund with a 15% restocking fee but she declined that offer.  We also offered to upgrade her to a larger antenna and deduct the amount of the product from the new antenna.  Which she also declined.  The man she worked with was NOT the owner.  She's as misinformed about that as she is about about the store policy.  Simply reading the receipt could have answered all these questions.  She was extremely rude to our staff.
