I was fired with zero warning or notice. I received a text message from the manager and then I reached out to the owner and the owner told me there where to many complaints, yet I was never told. I was only told by them that I was doing a great job. Either I was lied to or lied about. Its poor business practice. Zero communication, just fires you on gossip. There was more going on behind the scenes with the manager who was upset I applied somewhere else (her old work place) and shortly after I was terminated. She told me I am to tell her If Im looking to work somewhere else. No, I dont have to tell her. But at the very beginning of my employment I did mention it to her and her response was Oh absolutely, of course, I totally understand! Then I find out she herself went to another doctors office just 2 weeks ago asking to be their manager. She was looking herself! She was asking the very doctors office that the owners of AAYWAA was trashing in her office with her. Very unprofessional on all levels!
