The plumber quoted us $55 an hour to install a bathtub and do any necessary plumbing, We took out the old bathtub ourselves and prepared the area to install the new one. He brought a laborer to help lift the new bathtub into the area. We do not know what he was paid. The entire job took about 6 hours total. He has repeatedly sent us a bill with product description" invoice to remove and install a new bathtub" the total charge is $1100 for labor and $149.36 for material. This is way higher than what We were quoted. According to the bill that would come to almost $200 an hour.I have many times attempted to contact him to work this out through phone, certified mail text and He has not been willing to discuss this .So far we have paid him $350.

We signed a contract with *******************, owner of 406 Innovative Solutions last spring to have mini splits installed in our home. He told us we needed to pay the full amount of the labor and materials up front. So last spring we wrote him a check for $16,000. This job was for installing mini splits in our home for air-conditioning in the summer and added heat for the winter. The mini splits and the wiring were finally completed the end of October, beginning of November. When the employee went to try to check the function of the mini splits it was discovered that they do not work. I have contacted *** many times to see when they will be getting the mini split system fixed and working. ***** employee has been here several times but has not found the problem or fixed the problem. We do not hear from *** or the worker unless we contact them. They have not been proactive in getting the problem solved at all. As far as we know *** has never been on sight to inspect the project. He does not contact us to let us know what he intends to do to get the problem fixed or to compensate us the money. The only time he contacts us is if we contact him first. He sends his employee only. His worker is doing this job as a side gig and often will not show up when he says he is going to show up. He shows up hours later or not at all. We are out $16000 and do not have mini splits that work, and a company who does not keep in touch or fix their problems. *** was very quick to take our money and is not delivering. We are very disappointed. We would like to have this problem resolved as quickly as possible so that we have additional heat for the winter and will have air conditioning for the warm summer months. Thank you so much for your help in this matter.

Compliant against ***************************** regarding collecting full fees up front and not delivering over 10 months later. I filled a complaint against **************** a month or more ago. Since the complaint was filled **************** has still not completed
the work of getting our mini splits up a working. He texted me March 10th and told me he would be back on Monday March 14th to complete the work and get the units up and running. He did not show up on Monday. I texted him on Wed March 16th to see when he would
be coming. Today is March 24th and I have not heard from ****************. Our house has sold so these units have to be working and working well ASAP. If this does not happen by the end of the month we would like a full refund from ****************.
