I placed one order #***** by creditcard on date 03/13/2024.this order contain:20x JELLYCAT-CREAM-KITTEN-CABOODLE-KIC3C for $20.00 each 10x JELLYCAT-******-POM-DAPH3P for $33.00 each 10x JELLYCAT-BARN-OWLING-OWL6B for $15.00 each 20x JELLYCAT-AMUSEABLE-DIAMOND-RING-A2DIR for $32.00 each but now, i just only received 10x JELLYCAT-BARN-OWLING-OWL6B and 20x JELLYCAT-AMUSEABLE-DIAMOND-RING-A2DIR.I can't contact with the businesse.I tried to contact by the email a lot of times,can't received any respond.if not shipped remain of this order,just refund my fee.Plz help me to resolve it.Customer response

On February 9, 2024, I spent $250.65 online on Hazel&Fawn, but the merchant did not ship for five days. During this period, I asked the merchant for the shipping time and requested that they ship as soon as possible, but the merchant did not respond. Yesterday, I requested the merchant's help to cancel the order and refund. The merchant still did not respond, so I had to seek BBB's helpCustomer response
