On Tops Roofing did an exceptional job replacing our roof. The crew was professional and our project manager was great at communicating with us throughout the whole process. The photographs they sent after the work was completed were fantastic. We couldnt be more pleased and would highly recommend them. We couldnt be happier with the roof and gutter replacement by On Tops Roofing. They are a very organized, professional company. The process went exactly as they said it would and the results are impressive. We love the black gutters in particular but the whole job looks great. We noticed a roof leak above our bay window about a month ago. It was the end of the week and the weather report was predicting heavy rain for the entire weekend. After calling another roofer who couldn't come by to give an assessment, we called On Tops. A representative came out and made and assessment. He said he would call a team member to come out that day after he completed another job. He said he couldn't promise they could complete the repair that day, but said they would at least be able to provide a temporary patch so that the roof wouldn't leak over the weekend during the predicted rain storm. Later that day, the team member arrived with a team of several people. They were able to completely fix the issue the same day and charged me a very reasonable price. Kudos for prompt response, clear communication, a timely repair, and for charging a reasonable price for the work. Very pleased.
