      I made two orders from popnbeards website back in 2020, we are now in December of 2023 and I have yet to receive any items. One order of $45 and one order of $75. I noticed the order of $75 was cancelled 3 months ago without anyone letting me know. I have yet to receive a refund for that canceled item.

      There was zero contact from you until 2 days ago via shopify chat and you were immediately addressed and asked for refund information to be able to refund. Instead of sending in a contact form, you sent threats to several different emails and social media channels. By the time we received this today, you were already contacted and asked for refund payment option and was sent to be processed. We expect this review to be removed because you never contacted us to let us know about your concern until 2 days ago.

      Bought product from this store and was completely unsatisfied. I wrote an email to the companies customer service and left a review on ******* To my surprise, The owner himself responded with absolutely no customer service what so ever. He told me that I was banned from all "us locations and further events" as well as being blocked from writing customer service until I apologized and removed my review from ******* He then proceeded to stalk and find my girlfriend on ******** and make sure she was blocked as means from being able to ************* out or let other people know about his poor business ethic. I have all the right in the world to leave a review on a company. Especially when I feel the business has wronged or taken advantage of me as the customer. The owner is completely on a power trip and passive aggressive as can be. Absolutely no attempt in customer service nor did he apologize for his quality of business or behavior. My intentions were never for compensation or refund but to raise awreness. The way he handled me was inexcusable and absolutely the furthest thing from professional. I would of just left it at a ****** review but at this point, I am in disbelief. I traveled from out of state to do business with said company and honestly can't believe I was ever willing to do so after our interaction.

      Hello,Again your accusations are false. Your "girlfriend" and you both messaged into to ****** message and you were blocked there. It is not possible for someone else to block you from posting about a company, so again stop making accusations that are clearly false. You were also not banned from contacting customer service, as we stated in the email we expected an apology. We do not reseal sodas and you have no evidence to back this up at all. It is your opinion and no one else. You are purely salty that you received commons and expressed no issue in the store when you were on camera. I challenge you to provide any sort of facts about resealing sodas. As explained in the email we do not condone that, it is unethical, and purely a waste of time. We sell open sodas all day long, why would anyone waste their time resealing. We do not own equipment or have any desire to do this. It is just silly and so are your accusations.As for the way I handled the situation? You falsely accused our business of doing something unethical and did not even try to remedy it. You just left a 1 star review and then had your "girlfriend" do it as well. Talk about power trip. Maybe you shouldn't be be driving out of state for some plastic when you can not handle getting a common. I pity any store that you shop with.On top of that, when emailing you stated "no cares about your business" that is odd since you do not know our business and have never shopped us before. That is a lot of anger over some plastic. When we replied to that email, your immediate response was cowering and hilarious, "I feel uncomfortable. please stop contacting me" yet here you are poking again like you think we will ignore it.As stated in the email and reviews, you are not welcome in our businesses and would recommend that you refrain from posting false information about a business. That is slander and will not be taken lightly.Should you have anything further to say, a simple email in would suffice.

      This company takes your money and doesnt deliver items . **************** is rude and childish. They taunt the consumer and offer no help . Avoid at all cost. Criminal

      This customer placed an order on *******.com that links to our Shopify store through an app. We shipped this order ($14 for a bar of soap and shipping) with tracking and according to **** the item was delivered. The customer emailed in and our customer service team explain that because the item shows delivered that they needed to reach out to their local branch and find the courier that marked it delivered and where it might have gone. This advice has been the advice we give everyone and was assured by ******* and **** to be the best way to resolve these matters. The customer here decided to berate the customer service team (to which we can provide all emails) and not take the advice given. The customer clearly does not understand that businesses to not handle the delivery of packages shipped by ****, understand that tracking was provided, can not take advice, and the fact they are trying to report us with "rude and childish" when they sent "**** you" in every email and sometimes even twice is just laughable. They continued this pattern, yet here they say they were taunted. They say we offered no help, our first email was in fact the help we gave which triggered the * bomb on rapid fire. This review is laughable and hope it gets escalated to provide all emails of this customer. Thank you for allowing us to respond.

      Avoid this company. They cant fulfill preorders even after 2 years of a Pop being released and stocked at other retailers. Its ridiculous I had to ASK to be refunded after 2 years of them not fulfilling my preorder.

      This business uses its customers as a bank without their agreement. It takes pre-orders and then does not deliver for months or even years. However, it holds their money and refuses to send the order until the entire order is filled. That way they use order funds as capital in their business, instead of as payment for actual items. It's unethical at best and a scam at worst.Additionally, it leaves people high and dry when they finally do refund money, because then the items are much more expensive elsewhere. Every other site stocks items months faster than popnbeards. If one reads reviews on the internet, this is a common complaint. Anything worthwhile is a pre-order. Nothing ever comes in stock. Again, this is simply a tactic by the owners to use pre-orders as capital in the business. It should be stopped.Then when I did threaten to approach my CC, they hastily canceled my order without offering me any alternative solution such as sending the remainder of my order, which had expensive items in it which were now unavailable elsewhere, but could be sold by popnbeards. It was no problem for them because they used my initial order funds as capital to order the items, and were able to sell them at a profit above my pre-order price without ever having to extend themselves financially. That is unethical, plain and simple.If you are having trouble, you should approach your credit card fraud department, as they will also not agree with their business model. Again, unethical at best and a scam at worst.
