On January 23, **** I ordered 12 goslings from this place they now operate under a new name ********************************. Same business address I spent $150 so I could receive the free shipping. They stated they would only accept payments through various apps. We Venmo them the money then they stated they would need a $100 deposit for the container they would be shipped in and I would get it back when I sent it back to them. I felt that was a red flag but they already had my $150. Their attitude changed when I question why they didnt just send it in a regular cardboard poultry box. I asked them to please refund my money because it seems like a scam. Then I was blocked on their instant messenger. This place is a scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered three chickens from this company. Website looks legit had several ******** pages in groups. They wanted payment over Venmo or cash app but with the friends and family option only. Had issues with all of their payment accounts but when resolved. Refused to send me tracking numbers, confirmation of shipment, or anything regarding the three chickens I ordered. Theyre currently going by ************************* hatchery. But the address is the same on the ******** page as this hatchery, ************************. I just want my money back or my chickens. And then people should not be allowed to open up another website again.Initial Complaint

I was checking out buying two chickens online and having them shipped to my home. We reached an agreement as to the cost and shipping and they required my payment upfront via Venmo, Cash or some other app. I didn't have any of those apps and requested we use PayPal they gave an address to send the money but requested it be sent as "friends and family" instead of business. I sent 2 X $30 for two ********** $45 for shipping. Once they received my money they then requested an additional $100 deposit for the shipping crate! I said no and asked to have my money refunded. They said they would but never did. When I continued to contact them they blocked me on Messenger/phone and ********* Like others they have scammed in the past I just want my refund and for others to not be scammed either.Initial Complaint

Bought 15 Rhode Red chickens for $15.00 each, with a $45.00 delivery fee on Jan 14, 2023 with an overnight delivery to the post office at my address. Also paid a $120.00 deposit for a shipping crate, where the deposit would be refunded when the crate was returned. I check with post office to make sure they would receive crate on Jan 15,2023. No delivery was ever made and web site went down, and no response from phone numbers ************** or **************. I just want my chickens or a refund and no one else to have this problem..
