I purchased a car through them in February didnt realize that the ac condenser was bad dude to being winter. Front brakes and rotors were bad as well had to fight for a week calling every day to get their service shop to handle it over warranty before my daughter was born. 3 days after my daughter was born the car blew up because the service shop didnt reinstall the radiator just left it loose caused the car to overheat.Benchmark Auto Sales, Inc. ******************, you took delivery of the vehicle in February and first let us know about the A/C problem June 7th. It's fair to say there wasn't a problem with the air compressor at delivery, however, we agreed to fix it for you anyway as well as the brakes and rotors. There was a problem with a bushing on the radiator reinstall, which is definitely our fault and we apologize. The notes in our system say we have made everything right now. Bought a 2008 ************** During the test drive I noticed the radio didn't work. After the test drive they gave me a 200 voucher to repair the radio. On the way home the rack and pinion went out. They fixed that asap! A few days later I noticed the horn didn't work and the defroster didn't work. The 200 dollar voucher did no good it was over 400 to fix the radio. I asked the service manager to fix the horn and defroster and was told " I already signed the paperwork I can give you a quote" ok I'll stick to my contact and make all payments on time I've been driving the car for 12 months with no radio and horn or rear defroster. So I called to see if I could turn the car in early and they never called me back. The *** told me the title number and tag number doesn't match so I can't renew the tags even if it passed inspection. Please don't go here for a car purchase. As of now I've been paying 87 a week for a car with no title? And how did the car pass inspection without a working horn?? They pass there own cars!! July 18th they will have there car back. Lol I'm going to have it detailed and washed and waxed with a full tank. Good luck benchmark Auto sales!!! You did me dirty. I will leave updates with PROFF. I'm also going to post a pic of the mechanics statement . My ***** works there and wrote a statement about the car never being fixed because the dealer called them and told them to bring the car back to the lot because I was on the way to but it. Customer leased vehicle 6/21/23, we spent $1,671.75 in reconditioning the vehicle 5/19/23. His account of how it was serviced is simply not true. We agreed at time of delivery we would cover up to $200 towards a radio. He wanted a more expensive radio, which is totally fine and up to him but not our responsibility. The first he mentioned anything about the horn was 3/8/24, almost nine months after we leased it to him. We have repetitively offered to fix his horn since finding out about it and customer has repetitively not shown up for appointments, not sent over estimates to have the problem fixed, etc. We cannot help a customer who will not let us help him. Customer has left negative reviews on ****** and everywhere else he can find beginning 4/1/24 (nearly a year after getting the vehicle). Now he is here leaving the same review and we are offering the same thing - we are happy to diagnose what is going on and help address the issue. However, he will have to bring it in to get it diagnosed and let us help for that to actually happen. He has always maintained the option to cancel the lease early and he has a trade option beginning 7/21/23 assuming he qualifies, which he pays perfectly as he mentioned, and will more than likely qualify.Review from Jennifer M

I have never had an issue with this company or the vehicle I've purchased through them 2010 ****** Sienna.I've had an account with them for 3 years had my payment auto drafted every 2 weeks. I seriously am astonished by reading the reviews they are receiving and I just wanted to place my positive experience out there, seeing as everything is always so negativeBenchmark Auto Sales, Inc. This is one of the more refreshing things weve seen in some time! Thank you. It always amazes us how many people try to use platforms such as BBB, ******** or ****** reviews to try to manipulate businesses. It happens so often we had to create a company policy stating we offer zero engagement when it happens. Of course, we are human and make mistakes and own it when we do, but *************** of negativity comes from customers who are trying to unfairly manipulate our business. The mission statement and information on the website pertaining to the standard that they hold when leasing a used car is anything but what we experienced. Not even a full 24 hours had passed and there is a problem with the vehicle. It wasnt the problem that was the issue, it was the attitude and demeanor of the manager of the lot. She was rude, she spoke to my daughter in a belittling and demeaning manner. She, who we still do not know her name, told my daughter what did she expect from an old used car? That she could leave the car and get her money back and be done. My daughter took the car through the car wash and water rushed into the drivers door. She called and asked, hey can I bring this in and have it looked at, it hasnt been 24 hours, and the forecast is calling for rain into next week. This treatment after when asking for the break down on the finance charges, the manager and her side kick continued to come in and out of the office that we were in to sign the paperwork. Rustling paperwork, but not getting anything out of the office. This after the salesman asked for my daughters social out loud in a crowded room, yet turned the laptop around for her to enter her address in private. The attitude that my daughter was beneath her because she was leasing a car from there was awful. After all the same people she looks down on, are the ones that enable her to feed her family.Benchmark Auto Sales, Inc. Response

What you have described here is certainly below our standard and not in accordance with our mission and culture - we agree. Please let us know some more details so we can figure out how to correct this. Which store did you get your vehicle from, date, make and model? We should be able to figure it out from there to be able to contact you and handle this more appropriately and also train whoever it is that needs training. After digging into this, it is my understanding we immediately set an appointment to have the door jam seal replaced for your daughter. Your daughter proceeded to scream that (through a multitude of cuss words every other word) this was not good enough, asked our employee if she was mental and proceeded to berate our employees for what is an incredibly simply fix. We told her we were more than happy to give her down payment back and she could just walk away to which she responded with more cussing. Were not entirely sure what else we can do, but we are sure this behavior will not be tolerated again. She can bring the vehicle back and we will give her a refund (assuming the vehicle is in the same condition it left in and she does it before the end of the day tomorrow 9/30, 5pm) or she can take it to the appointment to have it fixed. Those are the only two option, and if she cannot manage herself going forward, she will no longer be allowed on our lot. We dont appreciate you trying to distort the facts and wont tolerate it.
