Did an order online with SECU debit card. Then they charged my account twice for the same order and wont refund, wont respond messages or emails. Wont answer phone. Never received the first order eitherInitial Complaint

On 4/29/22, I placed an order (order no. *********) with littlecigarwarehouse.com in the amount of $60.27 for 4 cartons of Seneca Red Cigars. I received the order - however, they sent the wrong product. I contacted them via email, message (through their site), and by phone. When I was finally able to reach them by phone, I was told they would send a return label via email, I was then to return the product and they would send the correct product. I waited and when I didn't receive the label, contacted them again, they said they would send the label within the hour... and then stopped answering the phone. This has gone on for the past week - I tried calling my financial institution who said that we had to give them 15 days before we could do anything. I paid for a product, they withdrew the funds immediately... and I don't have the correct product - and noone wants to help. I don't know what to do or where to turn because this company can basically "steal" from customers and financial institutions are hoping not to get involved. At this point I just want my money returned... and I don't want to do business with them ever again. How do companies get away with this? Please, I need your help... I need someone who wants to hold companies accountable.Initial Complaint

Twice i have ordered from ********************** and they never delivered. Ordered a total of 4 orders and they have not delivered. The order numbers are ... **********. And.... **********. One was ordered in September and one in November. I charged these to 2 different charge cards and I would like an adjustment. The total for both cards is $37.92.
