A preventative maintenance issue has turned into a nightmare of flooding due to improper replacement of a humifyer cover and a now damaged fan compressor due to improper wiring of a capacitor.

This customer left a message for us late Saturday night. *********** Manager received this message and called the customer at ****** on Sunday morning. His concerns were addressed and they agreed for the Service Manager to come to his house Monday morning at 8:30am. *********** Manager and a senior technician went to the home on Monday morning. The customer walked them through all of his issues. They verified that his issues were indeed legitimate and offered to repair his humidifier drain and replace the failed component. He was also offered one year of free maintenance as compensation. He was happy with our quick attention to the problem and our proposed resolution. He thanked us for "being accountable" for our service. The repairs have all been completed and the customer has been made whole.Customer response
