Ever since the new publisher took over this paper, it is now horrible. First, the ads are NOT for this area. They are from places 40 to 60 miles from here. Also, the church directory they have isn't even for churches around here!! (and we have a lot of them). I hardly ever get the paper on time!!! They don't even deliver daily anymore. It's only Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday!! Every week at least 2 times a week it isn't here!! I even changed my address to my Post Office Box so it would go from Post Office to Post Office directly. They say its the Post Office problem. I say that I had less problems from delivery people than this!!!! I will not renew with this paper again!!!

TIMES-NEWS PUBLISHING COMPANY July 5, 2022 I have called so many times to their foreign customer service representative in an effort to have my wife mailed the Times-New Publishing Company mail subscription, for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday. I thought this was finally happening. Wrong. I called today to find out that "They" whoever "There" are did not include the most important issue, Sunday. So, I spoke to a representative that promised and guarantee that my wife who is in a nursing home and looks forward to receiving and reading her hometown newspaper. TIMES-NEWS PUBLISHING COMPANY - SHAME on YOU!

I had knee surgery 10/22/21 and was homebound for 8 weeks, not even allowed to drive for 6 weeks, so I I ordered a newspaper for Thurs. thru Sunday, starting last Oct. 21. I sent a check and it went thru my bank on Nov. 2, Didn't receive half of my papers, keep calling, they said they would tack on additional papers at the end of my subscription. Then in the end of November, they CX my subscription for non payment. I kept telling them over and over I sent a check and it was processed thru my bank. I have heard every excuse in the book, including, "they tried to credit my card", do you remember I sent a check. I said I don't know whose card you are trying to credit. I even heard I had a balance of 600. and 900. dollars from a temporary hold 9 - 13 years ago. I asked where all my papers and statements and papers were if this was true. They couldn't answer that. To date I have talked to a Yuan, David, Brandon, again a David, Emille, Ben, John, Nicky, again a John and a Charlie. I have been promised a refund every time, They have told me I would be getting an email, never got it .Was told, refund was pending, was told billing was sending it to a higher priority. Was told it would take 30 days. Waited then told it would take 5 to 7 days. Then told its takes 15 to 30 days to process. Nicky promised me in 5 to 7 days. John promised me with in the week. That was on 4-5-22. Charlie told me she would "OWN the Case", and would reprocess. That was on 4-18-22. Still waiting, since November, remember and all for $35.24. Worst experience of my life and I am in my 60's. Will never buy another Times News!!!!!
