On 17 June KLS cam and gave me a quote of $1100 to extend my patio in the backyard. On 19 June KLS text me to say they would come Tuesday 21 Jun to form for the concrete. They came and finished the frame and I paid a deposit of $600 for the concrete. KLS state the concrete would be poured on Thursday 23 Jun and the remainder of the balance would be due of $500. KLS text me on23 Jun and stated they would be there for the concrete at 10. I had to leave for an appt so I paid the balance of $500 to KLS just as the concrete truck was pulling up. KLS sent me a text with pictures and stated were done but came up a little short on the concrete and they made it work. KLS state they would be back tomorrow 24 Jun to cut expansion points and remove forms. I asked about the missing piece that had no concrete and KLS stated they would use bags of concrete to fill it in because they were short. On 24 Jun I asked when KLS would finish the job and KLS stated they would not be able to come back until Monday 27 Jun. ON 27 Jun I text about completing the job and KLS stated it was raining and they would have to wait. At this time, I informed KLS there was a dip in the middle of the concrete. KLS showed up on 29 Jun and cut the lines and removed the frame. KLS stated they saw the dip and I asked how would he fix it. He stated he would have to dig it up and repour and would pour the area that was left unfinished. He stated they would be back that evening. On 6 Jul I sent a text to KLS because they had not returned about when the job would be finished and have heard nothing from them. On 11 July I called and left a voicemail and have heard nothing from them.
