On Sunday, April 2, 2023 around 10:30am, I purchased a Deluxe Breakfast sandwich with bacon in-person, to go. When I got home and opened it, I realized the bacon was inedible as it was very undercooked. I then called the eatery to warn them about my observation and to ask about a refund. The manager **** was very nice and apologized for what had occurred. She said she would speak with the cooks and that I could either get a refund or come back later and get something else. Tuesday night I checked my credit card and no refund yet, so I assumed she had just gotten busy with something else and forgot. So Wednesday afternoon, April 5th around 2:30, I went to try again with the same order. I figured it would be safe as it wasnt busy at all so there was no excuse for the cook not to cook the food as it should be. When I got the order, I took it to the car and checked it. To my surprise, SAME RESULT! Very uncooked bacon. Most of it would have to be pulled off the sandwich as it just couldnt be eaten. I took it back in, handed it over, and asked for my original refund from Sunday. Turns out **** tried to process the refund then, but it had gotten hung up in the system. No problem though, your very polite and helpful staff got it straightened out. Can we just address this problem with undercooked food though?! You cant keep serving bacon like this-eventually someone is going to get really sick, if they havent already. Can you PLEASE talk to the cooks and ask them to slow down?! Like REALLY talk to them this time, because apparently it was ignored from Sunday. Its not like yall were super busy today when I came by. This isnt right. Please fix. Thank you.
