      I took advantage of supporting Breast cancer month in Oct with the unlimited car wash for 30 days, which I was told I could use the service for 30 days. I used it 2x The representative never indicated I would be automatically charged $19.99 after the 30 days. I contacted customer service today and no refund will be credited and you can't contact anyone in billing directly either. I will continue to follow up on this is to get my money back or receive some type of confirmation that my account is closed. **************** *****

      Today was such a beautiful day and although my excursion is usually parked in my drive 6days a week and never drove a long distance. I decided to take my truck to the car wash(since I had been there several times in the past) never had a problem at all, I was so disappointed so I pointed out all of the dirty places on my truck with 2detail water zipper as well as the on duty manger: 1 young man said when he dry the dry the dirt will disappear, 2nd young said the truth:they need to wash it again cause the equipment wasn't working properly, thank the on duty manger said to his ************* he was going to lunch, I didn't make a fuss, I tipped the 2 lad that dried my dirty truck that ran through their car wash with broken equipment. Just so you know I wasn't the only unsatisfied customer today. What do you think

      AutoBell does not provide safe working conditions for its employees . My car was being vacuumed outside and the employees were visibly struggling with the heat . A tarp or some sort of barrier to the sunlight needs to be provided for employees . ******* are becoming increasingly warmer and Autobell needs to adjust their working conditions to accommodate a humane , safe environment for employees to work outside in . The trunk of my car was not vacuumed and the cupholders were not cleaned . I paid $37.44 and received a shoddy service .

      2 employees stood and watch as the roller pushed and dropped my car hard on the left side. They told me to roll forward and the car proceeded to go thru the wash. Half way thru, my car come to a complete stop, no brushes or nothing were moving. It starts back up but it felt like the left side was thumped hard. I am disabled, I dont get out the car there. I never had a reason to not trust autobell to clean my car. Painfully I got out the car to looked at my tire because thats what i thought was hit. When i didnt see anything on the tire, i got back in the car. i notice my paint had been chipped and there was this black smear/streak on the driver side once I pulled in my driveway. Immediately called the number on the receipt to find out what to do. We filed a report over the phone but I was also told to go back to the location now and ask for the manger to file the complaint. The manager offered no apology and was very dismissive. I told him to pull up the camera and watch it. Instead i was told You cant prove it then he says I will need the vehicle information but it will get deny. He took pictures of the vehicle at a distance. He did not get a picture of the chip paint and im not sure if he caught the black streak on the bottom. I did not like how he took a pictures on his personal phone of the inside vehicle sticker thats in the door and miles. *** take all my information and offer nothing. I asked for my money back. He refused and again told me You cant prove it. I said somebody need to wash my car again because its still dirty and only on the left side where that roller thumped my car. He says fine. They wash a 2nd time, stopped inside the wash again. This time, The black stuff was cleaned off. but my paint has that small chip that wasnt there before. When I got home I read the copy of the complaint. He lied on the paper and selected Did Not Wash Twice. The manager never acknowledged the black stuff coming off after the 2nd wash. Liars work here

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond. **************** had her vehicle washed on June 8, 2024. She returned later that day claiming damage to the paint on her driver side rear bumper. An incident report was filled out at this time. If a vehicle hops over a roller when on the conveyer, it indicates that the vehicle is not able to roll freely. The car wash stops as a failsafe to ensure all vehicles are moving through the tunnel appropriately and safely. Upon investigation we found that all of our equipment was in working order. Autobell stands behind the safety and integrity of their equipment and processes. Due to lack of evidence, Autobell does not accept responsibility for this incident.

      I took my car to Autobell Car wash in **********, **. While your employee was in my car they broke on of my AC Vents inside my 2022 **** Mustang GT. Clearly they broke it and refused to take responsibility for it. Before they even started they were understaffed and were ******* and in the process broke my AC vent. They were unprofessional and rude when they spoke. I will not be using your service again

      On May 1, approximately 10:30am in the morning I went through your car wash at ************************************************************************ The young man got in my car into the car wash. He had sprayed onto my hood some chemicals. My car was being pulled through the car wash. The first section of it was some blue shammy hanging straight down as he started to move onto my car and pulled the hood Angle that were one of them had caught onto my driver side windshield wiper with the weight of the remaining shammy on the wiper, and that one was pulling upward with the remaining wiper. Also went up towards the top after I pass the section, but this happened there was a gap between that and the next section of the brushes coming alongside of the car , I had that turned my wipers on to get to fall back down to the car where they belong in the original slot side had fallen down and the brushes had come up against and clean the car once I exit the car wash. They were too young man standing there talking and I stopped. They tried to wave me on, and I told him that just came through and it damaged my wipers. One of them looked at the wiper itself, He lift the wiper and pushed it back down and I told him it just broke my windshield wipers I need to talk or speak to a manager or the owner of the property. He proceeded to locate a person in charge and they asked me to pull up so I did the wash I just came through. Young lady had approached my vehicle asked what the problem was explained to her what happened if she reached for the wiper, she could tell it was loose so she went to get a young man to come over to look at it. He said this is never happened before I would have to fill out an incident report which I did. Told him because the machinery and equipment had done the damage. I just want my windshield wipers Repaired I pursued who the franchise owner is saying he gave me a number to call only happened to be customer service for **********************. They informed me they would Investigated it

      Purchased 55th anniversary package. Had my F150 done first. After completion of wash and employee drying, my truck still had pollen on the window seals, across the back of my bed cover, pile of dirt on my back bumper and also pine needles on wiper blades. Upon returning truck first excuse was there were new employees working there (which means management does not train) I pointed out these areas to manager, they rewashed and wiped it down again. I ended up cleaning around the windows and wiper blades, since they missed it even after pointing out to them these areas that needed attention. Good job done on inside. Employees give the impression they do not care or have any concept of what ****************** is. May use ********************** again, but not the ********** ********, Battlefield location.

      On 1/31/24 at the ********** ** (*********************) AutoBell location an Employee stole my sons cell phone from his grandparents car (passenger side door pocket) and per the manager the employee who is accused of taking it is seen at the passenger side door acting very suspicious and leaves the car to goes off camera. Manager tried to contact employee to discuss which the employee blocked his call. It is clear that AutoBell cares nothing about customers and their property. This was my sons 1st cell phone which he received on for his 13th Birthday which he received on 1/13/24. Yes a police report has been filed. My father in-law has been in contact with the manager **** who has not responded to his last text. I feel that it is AutoBells responsibility to ensure that customers and property are safe while they are on a AutoBell property and paying for a car wash service and not paying for a service of theft! MAKE IT RIGHT AUTOBELL!

      I've used the local ******* for several years. In October 22 at a local *******, was offered a free carwash if I signed up for a monthly program. The attendant implied if didn't want the service, it would automatically cancel. I just discovered I've since been charged $47.18 a month since October. I have not used ******* since that initial visit. I went to the ******* store where this happened. The current store manager said if I called ******* corporate and explained the situation, they would cancel ** service and if they could verify I Had not used the service in the last 4 months, they would refund the charges to my credit card. I called and got a very rude agent, she informed me their policy is not to give refunds. She passed me to her supervisor who (more politely) confirmed they would not give a refund. So I've paid almost $200 and got nothing for it. Thanks *******! I'll not be going here again.
