I have late payments from NOVA CREDIT UNION on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late paymentBusiness response

We received your complaint regarding late payments reporting on your credit and take your complaint seriously. We are not allowed to make changes directly to the credit bureaus on your behalf, however, you as the consumer are able to dispute these late payments directly to the credit bureau(s) involved. When a consumer disputes an item on their credit report, we will be notified and are able to research and make a change at that point. Company fails to update information that they outsource to credit reporting agencies. Contacted them several times via phone/mail about these issues. No response or no updated information provided.Business response

Resolved. It was verified that Nova CU responded to all disputes received from the customer through the electronic system, e-***** and there are no disputes outstanding. The responses were submitted timely and addressed each dispute filed. Requests were made by Nova CU to correct the tradeline indicated by the customer.Initial Complaint

I got a car loan threw this credit union. They put loan insurance, that can be cancelled at any time, however I'm being told that I will have to do a loan modification so that they can increase the interest rate 1 point in order to cancel the insurance.Business response

The members complaint has been resolved; the loan protection insurance has been removed per the members request, the members' car loan rate remains at ****%. The member has signed and returned all documentation.
