      I paid in full for a custom made suit upon the promises of having plenty of color options and custom options to pick from. However when I returned for the second visit with my wedding planner, William Wilson could not provide any additional options that he previously promised. William was also acting very weird about some standard design questions that my planner was asking him. It was a couple days after the second meeting that I requested a refund of my payment. William told me that he would get it taken care of, but it has been over a month now and has not returned my money and will not return any of my phone calls. He has scammed me out of $1335.

      ********************** came into my shop with a picture of the suit he wanted me to make him. I told him not only could I make the suit, but I have made the exact suit numerous times. He was satisfied and completed the purchase. A couple days later, he asked if I could meet with his wedding planner and his fiance. So I met with them as well. And again, he left satisfied. 

      Now I don't know if he had financial is***s, or whatever, but a few days later, he asked for his money back. And I told him he would be refunded. A refund check (check number ****) was sent out to him on March 7th for $1028.33. That's the price of the suit minus his 2 consultation fees of $100/ each. The  check was mailed to ******************************************************* per his request. We have completed this transaction and see no further action we can do. However, if he chooses to continue with this defaming of my name, I will be forced to follow legal recourse and *** him for defamation.

      I hope this answers any questions you may have concerning the is***. And we can resolve this.
