The best company I ever have worked with on my home projects! They replaced old carpets with vinyl plank flooring in just 2 days, including stairs to the bonus room. They cleaned up after themself everywhere inside out of my house. The results are amazing and I've got many complements on my new floor. I would highly recommend Floor Covering International for any of your floor replacement projects.

Floor Coverings International has been a dream to work with from the beginning! We had been waiting 7 months for hardwoods from another store that went out of business, and we were unsure if we wanted to go through the whole process again. **** made it so easy - he came to our house to measure and brought some samples, then we went to the showroom to get some larger samples to bring home. We quickly picked our floors, were under contract the next day, and floors were delivered 4 days later! The installation the next week was flawless. The workers were fantastic - professional and friendly. My floors are so beautiful - Im just thrilled with what a great job Floor Coverings International did!!

I have a reputation for asking a lot of questions and taking my time to make decisions. With this company I never felt rushed and **** responses helped inform me to come to a carpet decision that was perfect for us.The installers were meticulous and the job looks great.While discussing carpet, we also took advantage of **** visit to ask him to evaluate a job someone else had done refinishing our hardwood floors. His counsel was very valuable and made us wish we had found him sooner. I am usually reluctant to write reviews, but in this case I have no hesitation. Five stars!

I cant say this enough THESE ARE BY FAR THE BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA. If you ask me, ****, **** and ****** all deserve the titles of super heroes. Last year I moved cross country and purchased a home with the intention of replacing/refinishing all of the flooring. Going off recommendations, I hired a company that I now can say should not be in business and will be reported to the BBB. They installed my carpet completely incorrectly and within the first 2 months it began to wrinkle. I hounded them to come out and stretch the carpet 3 times before I was finally able to get the manufacturer to replace it. BUT once the manufacturer sent the new carpet to the warehouse my original installer refused to pick it up or install it. In a panic I started looking up lawyers and new installers simultaneously. Luckily for me, I spoke to **** at Floor Coverings international of South Charlotte before any lawyers or any other flooring company. I had low expectations for anyone wanting to get involved in the mess that was unfolding, but cool as a cucumber, **** advised me on how to proceed without taking matters to court. Ultimately, I just wanted the carpet replaced and safe for my kids and these guys were able to make that happen. I can see and feel the difference of workmanship. I couldnt be happier. I only wish I had found them from the beginning because I actually ended up hiring 3 different companies to complete the flooring in my home and they all did subpar work. So I can tell you first hand, good, honest, dependable tradesmen are hard to come by, but these are the real deal right here.
