Move Date: 07-02-2022 Move #: ***** *********** promised professional movers who are skilled and trained movers. They promised 100% satisfaction. What we got instead:Extremely unprofessional men, and completely unprepared. There were 6 of them, 1 sat in the truck the entire time, 2 of them left multiple times for ***** minutes at a time. They left trash strewn about and marijuana in a urine sample cup in our yard. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture, damaged items in boxes, and scratched, dented, and broke drawers of the washer/dryer to which they charged extra for to move. We were told they could professionally move the pool table, they arrived without tools or knowledge of how to do this. They scraped and gouged the side rails, and stripped the screws. When they arrived at the drop off location they hit our carport with the uhaul, mishaping and denting it. I've been attempting to file a claim with them for days now and the form never submits, it continues to show a turning dial until it times out. I feel like I'm getting no where with this. We hired movers to ease some stress of moving, we were left with more stress and our once nice furniture in sad shape. ?? I would appreciate a refund and replacement cost covered.

Date of transaction was 5/19/2022. The moving company quoted me a price of $595 for 2 hours or $835 for 4 hours. They indicated that they would arrive at my home between 8:00a.m. and 10:00a,m, They did not arrive until 3:00 p.m.. They proceeded to load my furniture and when they came to my new address to unload, they would not unload until I paid and they charged $1,133.32. They would not honor the quote that was given to me and they would not unload my furniture until I paid them. They were also very very slow in unloading my furniture. I finally helped them. I tried to call the company and complain the man told me he couldn't issue a refund because he would get written up.

Before I even get into the problems with the move, I want to say that the below was reported several times to the company. I was told to file a claim. I never received a form from them. I kept reaching out and was eventually allowed to email in the information for the claim. I did so and was told on 3/29/22 that we would be getting a claim settlement in the next few days as soon as it cleared the bank. It is now 5/22 and we still have not received anything. We have reached out multiple times via phone, email and even called the supervisor of the move's phone number (the one who called me during the move for payment). I have tried support emails, supervisor phone numbers, main office phone number, and replies to the claim email. NOTHING! One day I called the supervisor (prior to getting the claim email) and no one answered. I left a voicemail. I waited a few minutes, blocked my number and called back. Magically he picked up and told me it was his personal cell phone number and he would get back to me the next day. Since the date of the claim settlement email, I can not get any responses from the company at any number or email.DO NOT HIRE THEM! You will live to regret it. I paid more, still had to hire another set of movers, have multiple damaged items of furniture, and some that were not even moved. RUN!************I am deeply upset with the way my move turned out. The movers caused damage to the home that we moved out of, and we had four damaged/broken items of furniture. There were wall dents, a puncture to the drywall and all sorts of smudges, marks, dings etc. at the home they moved the items out of.I was originally told during my quote that it would be a four-man crew for $200 an hour. I got a call the morning of the move asking to move it to a five-man crew so that the job could be done quicker and that it should take less hours to move due to having an extra person. In the end I have much more but there is not enough characters in this box

We contract college dudes to move from ******** ** make a stop in ********* ** then drop-off in ****** **. They picked up in *******, then went to ********* refused to pickup there. Drive to ****** and demanded full payment. I would not pay the full amount because they did not to the completed job. They refused to unload. I contacted the manager and he would not compromise at all. He said he would pick up for free the next day in *********. So, I asked for a contact to state that. He sent a new contract with another $800. He also is saying I owe another $400 on the price he gave. I called the ******* county police and the manager was not willing to work with him. They still have most of my stuff in the truck, back in *********, and will not give it back until I pay the whole amount. All of my stuff and my 14 year old items are on the truck. We have been in ******** for her eating disorder and behavioral health and she is not doing well without her items. Please help me resolve this quickly. I also have documentation but can't seem to download them

The estimate to move my belongings from *******/Apex, ** to ***** ** was 2k The move was to be performed on Friday, November 12th. It was to include 6 hours of driving time and the remainder would be loading and unloading. Based on reviews I had read I requested a specific crew. I was first told they would try, but later was confirmed that I would work with the crew I requested On the morning of the move, I received a call indicating they had to switch drivers due to illness. I later learned the crew I requested had quit due to a dispute with the company. The driver they sent had never worked with them before and was hired that morning, on the spot. I was not told this until the crew shared it with me much later I informed the crew, before leaving Apex, that the driveway at the destination would be tricky and that they should evaluate it before descending the driveway. When they arrived, they did not survey the driveway, nor did either of the crew even get out of the truck. They plowed ahead. They got the truck stuck, requiring a tow truck and several hours of delay. By the time they were towed, it was too late to finish the job that day. They said their manager would come the next morning with a smaller truck. The next morning, they said the manager was not coming after all. I ended up being forced to rent a smaller truck to use for the last several hundred feet of the move. Before agreeing to unload my belongings, they attempted to have me pay $5300.00 for the move which included their overnight stay, additional labor, tow truck, etc. I tried to speak with their manager but he would not speak with me. The crew agreed to unload the truck for $3000.00 with an agreement that I would work with management to settle the final amount. Weeks attempting to speak with mgmt, up to the **** have failed. Multiple promises to talk and work it out have been broken. They are hiding from me. Seeking a partial refund. I shouldn't pay for their mistakes
