Contracted with the company on 5/8/2023 Move my customer's vehicle on 5/10/2023 Deliver my customer's vehicle on 5/13/2023 Contracted this company to move a car for my customer.The driver sent horrible emails which I will attach. He demanded money after we already paid the company. He sent these text messages to myself, my account and our very important customer. The carrier blew us off like he didn't even care with no way of helping out and coming up with excuses. He also acted like what's the big idea. The emails and text message were for VIP for my customer and because of this the owner of the company got involved because the driver they sent out was threatening our customer regarding her car. It eventually delivered but no delivery paperwork was provided to me and my account needs the paperwork so I can get paid. I called and talked to the company and they said that they'll send me pictures and have the accounting department send me the paperwork.After that call, they didn't answer my text's or email's or voice messages for more than 2 weeks. I finally found out who they have there truck insurance through and they did a 3 way call so I can talk to them. He immedietley was on the defensive asking why I needed the paperwork and why would I have an account that doesn't pay me for 30 days and other things that didn't pertain to the fact that I should have the delivery paperwork for my customer. It's part of this kind of business. Very rude and doesn't care about anything but them getting paid. I've owned my business since 2006 and have never came across what I did with this company. They don't pay there driver's, they only look at volume not on customer satisfaction or even now how to run a legitimate business. I will also be filing a complaint with DOT/***** if I'm able to. *************** and almost lost me my account and this was my biggest account. WE HIRED THEM TO PICK UP VEHICLE TO HAVE IT TRANSPORTED:VEHICLE WAS SCHEDULED TO PICK ON THE 15TH, CARRIER LIED AND LATER WE FOUND OUT IT ACTUALLY PICKED UP ON THE 19TH, THEY WILL NOT TELL US WHERE THE VEHICLE IS AT, AND PRESUMED IT IS STOLEN AT THIS POINT. ******* STATED THEY CANT GET AHOLD OF THERE DRIVER, WE BELIEVE THIS WAS RE-BROKERED. WE HAVE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND INSURANCE THAT VEHICLE WAS STOLEN.
