      I purchased a lawn chair from this company. I did not receive the chair. They mailed it to the wrong address. I checked with that address and they did not get the package (its a business). I have asked for a refund since the end of June 2023. Via email ****** keeps telling me she is researching the problem and nothing has come from the process. Purchased June 3 $25.98 and charged credit card. The company said it was delivered on June 8th couldn't give me a tracking number. July 17 finally got a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number ********************** to check the express information through this link: ******************************* was not the name of the company when I originally purchased the chair. I am still waiting for a refund. I have disputed the charges on my credit card as well. I do have a copy of the emails.

      Per company the package was delivered via ************* postal.  I went to the office and they said it was a fraudulent transaction. The package  was not delivered to my address. That tracking number is for a delivery some where else in ******   

      This was a scam   
      I have sent an email stating that I will need a refund asap

      I ordered 2 items from the company and nothing had been delivered. I have requested assistance MULTIPLE times for a refund but am being told they can have the post office redeliver or I can file a claim with the post office for reimbursement from them and not the company. That is definitely fraudulent as I am sure the post office never received the items for delivery. I am requesting a refund from the company itself.

      I ordered 3 lounge chairs on 6/4. I didnt receive any shipping notification so I emailed the customer service department on 6/9. I was told there was a malfunction with their equipment and tracking information would take a little longer to provide. Magically within seconds a tracking number was uploaded and showed the delivered date was 6/8. I reviewed my camera footage because I didnt see any packages and no one from my household picked any up. The camera didnt show any delivery around the time that it supposedly was delivered. *** asked for a refund multiple times and keep getting delay after delay. I have two email threads I can submit for proof if needed.
