On 13 November I came home from work from the ***** ******** ****** ***** no water in the house, one of my neighbors had informed me we had no water. I settled into my after work routine and was watching TV around 6pm when I heard running water sound. After investigating the sound I discovered it was coming from my front load washing machine however, the machine power was not on. I open the door to the front loader and water came gushing out. I immediately closed the door and the machine was again f***ing up quickly. After considering what to do, I turned off the water connection to the machine. I then called the emergency number to the city who told me they have no city employee working in the area but some one w*** contact the next day. 20 minutes after the call, Kenny H*** and Chris A**** showed up to my home. They looked at the flooded carpet and attempted to turn on the washer to run out the water that was in the chamber. The machine turned on but would not run. They noticed water was running out of the chamber under the machine on the floor. They told me one of their employee damaged the main water line and once it was repaired they turned back on the water and the pressure from the water damaged my machine. They told me they would fix the damage and replaced my machine. They advice me to get a Plummer to make sure there were no further damages. Ray S******* came to my home on the 14th to view the damage, I was gone to work so he left me a note on my door stating I should give him a call so that he can fix the water damage, I call the number on the card he left me. He came to my home, saw the damages, stated I should get a Plummer and forwarded him the b*** they w*** pay as well as fixing the flood and replace my washer/dryer. A subcontractor was hired and has removed the wet carpet. Through several text back and forth, the subcontractor stated he was removing himself from the situation because there was no funds available. No response from RayCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. It appears as though I had attached the wrong photo.
