We hired Flowers Flooring to install full house LVP flooring on 3/30/21. Following the install, we identified approximately 10 areas of flooring that were not properly installed, leading to lifted and breaking planks. Over the next 2 years, Flowers sent out four different inspectors to review the failures and three different crews to make the repairs. Each repair crew said the same thing when they arrived - that they could not repair these individual areas without ripping up entire rooms of flooring, and Flowers hadn't sent them with that much material. Finally, in June 2023 Flowers agreed via email to replace the full house's flooring at no additional cost due to product failure. I also signed a new agreement for one last area of the house to be floored at the same time. I was told the material was on backorder but they would contact me when they could schedule install - though it may take quite some time. The work has never been done - I never heard from them after the day I signed the contracts, yet now I find that the company has possibly gone out of business. All calls and emails are returning as invalid. If Flowers is unwilling to finish the work that I have paid for, I need a full refund so I can hire a reputable company to properly install my flooring that has damages all over it.Initial Complaint

I contracted with Flowers Flooring to remove our existing wood flooring that has been damaged by a water issue and replace it with new engineered wood flooring. I paid a 50% deposit( over ********* dollers). The new floor has never been installed. I got an email stating they were canceling this project and would issue a full refund. I have never gotten the refund and they have closed all of their operations. Needless to say, this leaves me in the position of not having the funds to repair the damaged floors that have already been cut out. I have no idea where to turn for help. We had floors installed on 12/30/22. They did not cover when they removed tile and dust got everywhere. The installation manager did not do anything about it. 7 months later we noticed several of the boards were starting to change colors. I reached out via email 8/10/23 to have someone from business come check it out. Did not receive email. Reached back out today 10/9/23 and got a returned email. Proceeded to send to another contact from company I had and email was returned again. I went on to ****** the company and saw that they are now closed without warning and we now have numerous discolored planks that they installed and nothing we can do about it.Initial Complaint

Flowers flooring put in new floors for us however they did not level the floor in one room and the floor is bubbling and separating. They last came out in January 2022 and said they would fix the problem but had to order more flooring. I have never heard back from them. Meanwhile the issue is worsening and it was due to their mistake. They have a warranty for workmanship and they said they were going to correct it and have not.Initial Complaint

The purchase of the carpet was split between the previous owner of the house and us (we closed on the account at the end of May).In March 2023 - previous owner purchased carpet At the end of April, we purchased the home and wanted the carpet consistent, so we added to the order and paid our part.In June, I received a phone call saying it would be installed in July.In July, I received a phone call saying the carpet was delayed and install would be in August.In August, I received an email saying the carpet wasn't in, the order is canceled and we will be refunded.We have not received a refund. Original cancel email was 8/11. The previous owners have no received their refund either. All numbers and emails for the company are "unavailable." ************ stole over $100K from people. I am the executive director of **************************, a 501(c)3 organization providing affordable housing and subsidized home repairs to low- and very-low income residents in ********. We contracted with Flowers at the end of June to install new flooring in a clients home in the living room, kitchen, laundry, and pantry. This project would have replaced 40 year old flooring. The homeowner is 97 years old.We were told that the materials were ordered on July 3 and had reconfirmed at the end of July the expected arrival of the materials at Flowers shop at the end of this month/beginning of next with installation to follow in September. We paid a deposit for the materials of $2744.46 which was debited from our bank account on 7/3/2023. The total value of the contract was $5488.92.Initial Complaint

I got a LVP floor installed and have had nothing but issues. I have lost count how many times they've had to fix the floor under warranty. Now my dining room floor is coming up. A rep *** out months ago stating floor was not level and boards are breaking because of that. I have been calling since then to no response. Today the line is "temporarily" disconnected. My floor will not last and I've seen they have done something similar or worst to a lot of people recently.Initial Complaint

In April of this year we placed an order with this company. The order #*******. We paid 50% of the invoice total, which was $13,599. This was for flooring in our home. The order was for the flooring and installation. Once the product was received by the company, they contacted us and we were working on an installation date. We, unexpectedly, received an email stating that we were going to receive a refund. We have tried to contact the company via phone (No linger in service), website (the website is down) and email (now being bounced back). I have gone to the physical building and it is locked up with shipments left on the porch. We are looking to get our money back ASAP, and some sort of communication.
