I hired Mr. ****** that owns Secure Roofing & Restoration, LLC to install a new roof. My old roof had tons of wind and hail damage per Mr. ******* 9/6/2021 his crew showed up, started ripping of the old roof, and installing the new one. His crew was in and out in 2 days total. Once everything was complete, Mr. ****** come back out did a walk through said everything looked perfect. I was delighted. 7 days passed passed and my husband runs over a roofing nail left by the crew in the yard. I was very upset about this. I text Mr. ****** 8/13/2021 to inform him and he advised he would credit me $100 and swing by and run his magnet around the yard and driveway. THEN 10/10/2021 I sent Mr. ****** another text letting him know this time I had ran over ANOTHER roofing nail, this time with my zero turn riding mower. This tire could not be plugged it had to be replaced by **************. I still to this day find roofing nails in my yard and flower bed. The NEW issue at hand ,I have water marks showing up on my ceiling in the Dining room and Living room of my home. I reached out to Mr. ****** 8/14/2023 to advised him of the current issues going on with my roof and sent him photos. He responded 8/15/2023 "What room is this" I advised my living and Dining room, He then replied that he would have someone come out that weekend, which would have been 8/18/2023 - 8/20/2023. No one showed or called me that weekend. I sent Mr. ****** ANOTHER message 8/28/2023 informing him that no one reached out or came out. I let him know it was getting worse. He did not respond. I had another company assess the damaged. I was told that all the valleys were improperly installed, there was lots of rotting sheathing in the attic that needed replaced, Also that the issues on the ceiling are due to the fact that ridge vent was not installed properly. I sent Mr. ****** a message stating this, He had a crew out the next day, They confirmed the ridge vent was wrong and there was LOTS of leaking that need fixedBusiness response

We have been in touch with the customer, and this was a misunderstanding and is being handled. The customer will be retracting her complaint.Customer response
