My daughter requested to go to a skating rink for her birthday, so my wife and I chose this location. The gentleman at the entry window was nice and explained pricing. He even allowed me to peak into the skating area to see if it was suitable for our kids.After payment and entry, Our kids were immediately wanded, without us being notified that this was a part of their routine.I approached the owner about it for clarification because its within a parents right to know whats about to happen with their kid(s) before it happens and he had a serious attitude about being questioned concerning this.Still with an unprofessional attitude, he went as far to say that If we want to be here, they have to be wandedThen told me that he is known to be an a-hole.I told him that we were leaving and asked his wife for a refund.I had requested to speak to him outside the door and he was trying to be aggressive with his body language, so I explained to him what proper customer service was and that his attitude was a serious problem. You can even tell that his own wife was embarrassed concerning this because it seems that he dont only act this way towards paying customers.Some kids can be wild and rambunctious true, but it is up to the adults to lead by example.I would not recommend this place, if anything the foot traffic needs to be stopped concerning this location. Especially if the owner himself acts like this towards customers.
