Problem: ****** ****** and Innovative Irrigation never installed a working flow meter for my irrigation system and are ignoring my calls, communication, and refuse to honor the two year warranty in the contract. Details: On 9/30/2021 I agreed to pay ****** ****** and Innovative Irrigation $6865 (plus $3153 for permitting/water meter fees) to install an irrigation system with multiple zones, a controller, rain sensor, and flow meter. The system was initially installed without a required city inspection, partially dug up, and then reinstalled and inspected. I noticed that a zone was missing from the installation and the paid for flow meter wasn't installed. When contacting ******, on 1/5/2022 ****** stated that the system was complete, including the flow meter. He just needed to add it to the controller. The missing zone was installed but no flow meter was actually installed. Since then, and after multiple communications, a flow meter was installed, but it doesn't work. A second flow meter was installed, but it also doesn't work. At this point they won't answer my calls or emails unless I use an new/unknown number. On 11/8/2022 I called ****** from a new number, he picked up, and promised he would install/troubleshoot the problem the next day. Innovative Irrigation didn't show up to fix the problem and won't respond to texts.Business response

Issue has been resolved with client, System was complete, but flow meter went bad and we went to replace it already.
