Tarheel Linen was chosen to provide floor mats (and removal/ change-out service for those mats), soaps, paper towels, and the like on a recurring schedule. When they ceased to keep the schedule, make the proper deliveries, or charge correctly, we canceled. They stated that we were under a years-long contract and we could not cancel. We began auditing what they delivered and paying for services rendered but contacting ************************* when billed for items we did not receive (such as hand sanitizer, toilet paper, etc.) **** was non-responsive via all channels including calls, voicemails, emails, and letters. The office continued charging us via ACH for items that didn't match our contract nor the services actually provided. We began carefully checking what services were provided. For example, for floor mats that were supposed to be changed weekly, we put color marks on the bottoms. While we received invoices for weekly change-outs of these exact mats, they never moved from their spots and the color marks remained. No fresh mats appeared but the bills for them did - for weeks on end. We confronted **** with our dated photos and he agreed to stop billing us and to leave us alone. Yet, he is now back to not answering calls and the office has resumed sending past due notices. This is not acceptable and we demand the following:- No Tarheel Linen employees will visit or enter any of our locations -The "past due" bills will be wiped to $0 per ************************* -No future bills will be sent or claimed to be owed -We will receive confirmation that any previous "contracts" are null and void immediately
