I had them to come and service my heat pump they said it was leaking they senttwo different people out to service unit on different day one said it was leaking another said it was not charged me$470.00 for something they do not do I call to see how much I owed them took a month to get my bill I got second opinion from another company they said my unit was not leaking he tested it and showed me on his testing equipment nothing was wrong with my unit I will never use this company for anything and your secretary needs to learn some customer service skills no one has money to throw away if you didn't know what you was doing you didn't have to lie to me ,I will never recommend anyone to use your company.

I have reviewed the complaint. I reached out to Mr **** yesterday and today, had to leave a message both times. We have done work for Mr. **** in the past and haven't had any issues. I would really like to talk with him to try and resolve things between us. Not sure what the next will be if he doesn't respond. Please advise.
