      The absolute worst experience ever in my entire 50 years of life!!! **************** (sp) was asked to notorize a document for me as she is the only notary on site. She grabbed my papers aggressively so I looked at her hoping she oils catch the hint as that was unacceptable. She says in a very nasty tone well I have to know what Im signing! Ok cool. Next, she asked and I heard her clearly say I need an ID for all the names you have here. Mind you it was just my married name and my maiden name. Take into account that I kept my maiden name and just added my married namesmh. She then says well who are all theses people? Again, it was two names!!!! I show her my ID and thank God I have my maiden name on it. She checks it and places it on the counter (thats something else that ***** my nerves. If I handed you something, you hand it back). Throws the pen downno Ill just get another pen dear. She notarized it and I brought it to her attention that it says commission number as well. Instead of speaking to me in the tone I spoke to her in she yells I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY COMMISSION NUMBER!! By then Im burning up inside and I say Maam, what am I going to do with your commission number because I have my own?. Yes Im a notary as well. She just continues to yell across the store like shes crazy!!! I dont give a dang if I have to drive 100 miles to do business with another *** store, Ill never ever set foot back in this one!!! Please keep **************** (sp) in the back and away from paying customers!!!!!I see that others have had the same experience with this lady. She's worst than the worst!!!

      Horrible place! I stood in line to mail a post card that needed postage. The cashier which says she's the owner "Eva" was rude from the beginning. No hello no smile no type of customer service at all. She had no idea how much the envelope was that I purchased and charged me $7.50 to mail a post card regular ground mail. Then I asked her why it was so much she brushed me off and said she's only charging me for the envelope with no reason behind it. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the store owner. What kind of customer service is that? Even if she felt like I was rude you still don't tell someone " your paying for the envelope I'm not serving you " your the one who was rude and should of acted appropriate.

      I'm sorry that your unhappy, but you need to educate yourself on the different packaging standards. You chose a hard side envelope and it is classified as a package instead of a letter. I tried to explain this and you didn't ask if there is a difference. I did not charge you postage for the photo document envelope. I only charged you for the envelope you wrote on. I did not enjoy being sworn at on your way out.

      I did swear at you on my way out because you refused to serve me just because I had questions and then you didn't even tell me you weren't going to mail my package. You just stood there and started with an angry look until I asked. To be an owner of a store you don't refuse service because someone is confused. I don't need to educate myself on packaging I'm not the owner, that's your job to explain to customers how it goes. You had no idea for 8 minutes how much the envelope was then refused to serve me to satisfy your own ego. You need to take anger management classes as well as business classes.
