I ordered 10 custom t-shirts from JS Designs to wear to my grandson's hockey tournament in Canada during a family vacation. They ranged from toddler size to adult XL. They were to sport the logo of the team w/the my grandson's name and number on the back. The front of the shirt was to have names....Gramma, Mom, Dad, etc. There were a number of issues with the order including the wrong shirts ordered (short instead of long-sleeved), wrong size ordered, names not printed as detailed in the instructions and not being ready at the agreed upon time. I accepted those issues & paid $185 and took the shirts to Canada. After ONE washing, inside out in cold water, the design on ALL 9 of the shirts worn disintegrated. I reported this to the owner, James, upon my return and he asked to see the product. I went by his shop 3 times before I was able to get a return call. I asked for a refund of half the cost and he refused. He claims this issue never happens and it must have been the heat of the clothes dryer that caused the damage, even though they were laundered at 4 separate locations.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 21, 2022/08/10) */ Hello Ms. ******** I'm returning this email in regards to a letter I have received about some shirts my company made for ******* ******. We offered to reprint all of the shirts because of the fading of the design caused by the wash cycle she used on the shirts. Ms. ****** refused that and wanted a refund. The shirts were used for her event, The order was a rush order Ms. ***** was informed and agreed to every change we had to make to complete her order. It was not until she washed the shirts she had any issues with them. again we offered to reprint every shirt but she refused and said she didn't need them anymore, but I suppose not if you have already used them for your event that they were needed for.
