Overall working with Idyle Painting was an incredibly disappointing experience. My husband and I hired this company to paint our home that is over 100 years old. They initially pressure washed our home which unfortunately in several areas completely frayed the wood and left paint chips all over our yard, driveway, and garden beds. No effort was made to cover these areas during the process. Upon the start of the project, ******************* sent us a contract laying out the payment schedule throughout the project. This contract was repeatedly ignored and instead I was asked to pay money outside the agreed upon schedule. Additionally, there is paint all over my front porch and on the brick walkway. Many spots were left unfinished or requiring another coat. I pointed out these areas during the final walk through and they were quickly painted. **** told me that if we found an area that was missed, they would come back to complete. This did not happen. We found a few areas, mainly windows, that were streaky and required another coat. We informed him of this, he said he would come back on a certain day, and that never occurred. Overall this experience was overwhelmingly negative and I would not recommend this company.Review from Melissa R

My home exterior was in desperate need of extensive attention and painting. ******************* and his crew performed and completed the work in a very professional manner. Even went above and beyond fixing issues needing attention. Although the weather put a damper on the project it was completed in a timely manner and to my great satisfaction. This company is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new paint job.Review from Lori H

The house needed extensive repairs and painting! The weather was tragic for about a week. Have a new pup that wanted to eat everything they put down. Despite all that, **** and his team came on a mission and completed in a timely manner! They were polite, engaging, respectful and friendly! Definitely recommend *************! ??

We contracted **** to paint the entire interior of our house and to fix some drywall work that was done improperly before we purchased our house. ****'s price was very reasonable for the work done. He explained to us how he planned to do the work. He showed us the materials he would be using. All high quality stuff. **** and his crew were very professional and super friendly. I rather enjoyed having them at the house and listening to their banter. They're a crew that communicates and gets along well. **** informed us up front what his overall plan was to tackle all the work and he also informed us of the plan for the day. Not only did **** have a plan, he followed it. **** and crew took great care to ensure what furniture we weren't able to move out and store was well covered and protected against spackle dust and paint. The end result was fantastic! Unless you had seen the drywall issues from the prior contractor you would never know anything was ever wrong. The new paint looks great. All the corners have nice lines. Where different colors meet such as the ceiling and walls all have nice clean lines. The interior doors and trim look fantastic. I cant say enough good about ****. If you choose him to do your job, you'll get a job done right. Next time we need some more done, ****'s our choice!Idyle's Painting & Home Restoration Response

**** and his crew are simply AMAZING. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. They will go over their job over and over again until they're comfortable with their work.
