We just worked with Guardian for our roof replacement and we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by every aspect of the experience. Their lead representative, ***************************, took us through every step of the process with our insurance company (State Farm). Initially, State Farm wasn't going to cover anything more than the most basic repairs. But **** really helped us understand how to talk with the claims adjusters and he made multiple repair videos to point out the issues with the roof. We followed every aspect of ****'s advice and State Farm finally shifted and covered the whole replacement! Then, as if that wasn't enough, Guardian upgraded our entire roof to a much higher grade of architectural shingles and we ended up with a gorgeous 40 year roof with a great long-term warranty. The install was incredibly fast and their crew was super friendly and went out of their way to clean up every bit of the materials left from the replacement process. It's rare these days to find a company that works this hard to give you the best service possible in every aspect of their work. If you care about quality and want to work with people you can trust, look no further! We'll be recommending Guardian Roofing to our friends and neighbors for years and years to come. A friend referred me to Guardian Roofing of ******* for a backyard barn that needed repair and reroofing. I met a roofing representative, ***** ******* within a couple of days after my call. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and was completely upfront with what needed to be done and presented me with a written estimate that was about what I had expected in costs. Afterwards I was contacted by *** ****** (owner) and given possible dates for the crews to repair my roof, and an exact date shortly followed. Crew leader, ****** ****** and his crew arrived and began work right away. This crew was awesome, working on a very hot day. ****** kept me updated as the day went on through completion of the job. I was very pleased with the cleanup the crew did after the repair was complete. Also, thanks to ***** ******* from their office for the settlement of the bill which was exactly as estimated by ***** *******. This seems to be a well-run company, and I would recommend them to my friends and anyone in need of roof repairs!

The crew showed up on time the morning of and worked diligently throughout the day tuntul it was completed! Guardian Roofing is currently assisting me with a somewhat complicated situation. Because it is still in process, I can only comment on our relationship to date. Although we are not done yet, I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review. It is not often that a customer leaves a review before the job is complete. From the very beginning, Guardian made a promise to do the heavy lifting because they pride themselves on making the process stress free for the customer. I have found this to be ******************* has been A1. They actively listen throughout the process and are very friendly and professional. In the past, I have listened to other roofing companies speak poorly of other companies but I have yet to hear Guardian Roofing do likewise. They excellent product/warranty offerings and explain everything in detail because they are proud of there products and service.

Our experience with Guardian Roofing was very positive , beginning with meeting *****, him guiding us through the roof claim and selection process , and then roof installation for ours which had incurred both wind and hail damage . Great experience throughout . Would have easily been 5 stars overall , but comms were dropped on both plans to deliver shingles ( I had to initiate contact with them the day before ), and day after roof completion we had a surprise and unexpected visit from the roof subcontractors, up on the house again to repair what we were told was a torn screen , but visit was unannounced and caught us off guard with only my wide home and quite surprised to hear them up on the roof ! Still , really rewarding experience, & would HIGHLY recommend Guardian for your Insurance- claim roof project - Thanks ***** & *** !
