  Both gates are done wrong. The side gate the hardware is too large and also put on backwards. Both gates were suppose to be made to look like a privacy gate - no openings. The gates have openings and when I notified Black Label Fence, LLC I was told they would be out in the next couple of weeks to repair/replace the gates. The gates have screws and nails sticking out of them that catch your clothing and/or hand when using the gate. I notified **************** by phone and he said that he would take care of the above issues, that was back in May. I did not know that Black Label Fence, LLC (****************) would subcontract this job to another company. **************** showed up to deliver the fence but the workers worked for another fence company according to the name on the side doors of the truck. I paid my deposit by credit card (which he preferred) and the final payment was made as a check (**************** called me and asked me to pay by check instead of credit card. The check (#****) was made out to Black Label Fence, LLC for $3,300.00. I attempted to call and resolve this matter with Black Label Fence LLC but have been unsuccessful. I then attempted mailing out a letter, stating I would be contacting the BBB if he did not respond to me. This was a certified letter with return receipt that he would not sign for and was then sent back to sender by the USPS.I just want the gates to be done as stated, looking like a privacy gate with no openings, and the appropriate size hardware placed correctly. This will mean for Black Label Fence LLC to come out and remake the gates from the beginning. They will need all new supplies to do the gates properly. I don't want to have to hire a different fence company to fix the above stated issues. That would mean more cost to me and then I'd have to contact an attorney to sue Black Label Fence, LLC for the remaking of my gates and my lost time at work. Black Label Fence, LLC needs to make this right and stop avoiding me please.

  We always give a walkthrough after finishing the fencing project. The customer agreed that the ********************** was the way we agreed. two weeks later they call that the wife wasn't happy with the open gap of half of an inch. so basically they wanted a privacy gate instead. so I sent my guys to build the gate they wanted.
