Took my NEw Honda Pilot for its first oil change and decided to have it detailed as well. When I received the car back it had a chip on the windshield which was not there when it went in. The service manager took about an hour to "Review" the video and came back out to tell me that they could not see the car being hit. They have intake pictures of the car, and the chip is not there, but they still refused to take ownership for the broken windshield. They had the audacity to tell me to submit it to my insurance.I know the car was in pristine condition when I took it in, it is a shame the way they treated me, and how they tried to disavow the situation, Bunch of crooks in my opinion.Review from james d

When I met these people I was impressed with the offer of 30k for my *** so I decided to purchase my wife a new Accord Sport 35k. Now, even though I overpaid for the car because they added some plastic pieces and neglected to put those added dollars...3k now 38k into the ad, Over all, I was ok with it and my wife was happy. at this point I was feeling pretty good about the whole thing and decided to sell them my pristine 2010 2SS with 28,000mi. and buy a 2014 ********* that someone had just traded in. This truck was and is a fine example and I felt so lucky that I had found it after a three month search to replace the F150 that I sold my daughter. So, here we go, I gave them my beautiful ****** and I was so trusting at this point that when they told me that they had gone through the truck mechanically I really had no reason to not believe them. Here starts the problem, Upon driving the truck home I noticed a slight shimmy in the right front and the air wasn't as cold as it should be but I was caught up in the NEW TOY moment and figured that I would call them and get it straightened out. Being a mechanic myself I decided to open the hood and see what we had. I found immediately that the truck was low on oil and BL**K, At that point I started video and picture taking. What I found was very disappointing. The oil had not been changed in quite some time and the filter, along with the drain pan bolt was leaking black oil. Further inspection showed generations of birds nest packed in front of the ** condenser. I did a vacuum pull on the ** system, there was NO Freon in the system and the system failed the test. I introduced dye into the system and within seconds found the leak with my UV light, Broken T** weld, very common with GM. Also, the Transmission is making a noise!! Convertor? I called and have been virtually ignored. They intend to run out the 30 day clock and hide like mice. I am demanding full compensation for parts and labor. Same labor rate!Review from PQ

SHADY DEALINGS! Son test drove a 2022 Odyssey mini van to our house for my husband *** "autobody business owner" to check it out. *** noticed the "New" car had bondo dust all over it which made him suspicious... upon further inspection he could tell the car had been hit and repaired. So, one would expect this kind of information would be disclosed to the buyer right? WRONG! NOT UNTIL *** CALLED THEM OUT ON IT DID THEY ADMIT THE *** HAD INDEED BEEN HIT AND REPAIRED! WTF? Then they were treated with distsain! Tisk tisk

Good afternoon mam. Thank you for your review. At this time we are unsure of any 2022 Honda Odyssey that had damage on it. We have not received a new 2022 Odyssey since earlier this year, as the 23's came out in the spring. Also, of the 2022 Odysseys that we received earlier in the year, none of them had any damage, nor did we repair damage to any 22 Odysseys. Furthermore, most new Odysseys are pre-sold and we have not had one on the lot to test drive since last year. I believe their must be a misunderstanding or we are not the dealership your son test drove at.
