In the summer of 2022 (I believe it was in May or June) I signed up for one month of chiropractic care at the Joint Chiropractic in *********** ***** ********. I was told by the employees there that I would be charged for that month and then my contract with them would be done. Instead, they have been charging me $79 every month from November 2022 until now, April 2023. The charges are as follows: 11/08/2022 - $79 12/07/2022 - $79 01/09/2023 - $79 02/07/2023 - $79 03/07/2023 - $79 04/06/2023 - $79 In total, they have charged me $474 since November 2022 despite the fact that I have not received any service from them since the summer of 2022. I am regretful that I did not notice this before now, but I would like my money to be returned to me. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at this business and that is why I am filing this complaint. I am happy to provide further detail as needed.
