I have sent over multiple debt validation letters to this company which they have not properly validated. I have listed in multiple letters a copy of a bill is not validation of a debt. I do not have a contract with this company or never agreed to do business with this company. I have also sent all the necessary documents over to Equifax who is continuing to report this negative/derogatory on my credit report.Business response

This company has been reporting a debt to ******* that has been paid off since May 31,2018. It is negatively affecting my mortgage loan. They are not taking responsibility for them continuing to report this even though it's been paid off. Keeping me from being able to go with a conventional loan.Business response

In response to Ms. ***** complaint she does not reference which account is being reporting as paid. Our policy is when an account is paid it is reported to the credit file has paid but remains on the file for the 7 years from the date of service. FIRSTPOINT COLL RESO keeps calling us about a supposed bad debt with *** ********. They just called a few minutes ago and told us about the issue. This issue shows up on our credit account, and the disappears after some time. We as questions about the amount, when was the account open, etc. They will not answer our questions. “The customer has a landlord agreement on this account, which means she is the landlord of this property and has her account set up to automatically go back into her name if there is no service there. She has had many accounts at this address and per our records she is responsible for the $56.33 balance on this account.”

Attached is a copy of the Sherrif Sale. Hopefully this now clears everything up. I did not own, and, or have access to this house at the time in question.

There is a collection my credit report from First Point Coll Reso for $140.00. This is not my collection. I never had any services agreement, contract or account with this company or provider. I have contacted this company several times and they are not able to validate this as mine. This is an erroneous Item showing my credit report. I also contacted ted Experian, Transunion and Equifax asking them to remove this from my credit profile.Business response
