  Date:4/12/22 Gave ****** in total Was committed to level yard and putting asphalt on ground. These mens is not honest at all gave them a good mount of money gave them the two jobs to do two different buildings and at both buildings they have the asphalt coming up to the door and within a couple days grass was coming out the asphalt it was so thin. I was promised it would be took care of and I was promise a whole year conversation back and forth on the phone until one day they just stop responding.

  We have tried fixing your job as we explained before we needed to do your job differently but it wasnt in your budget so you told us to continue with the work the job was warranted for a year we came out and tried to fix the issue by heating up the asphalt and building it up so Water would not retain

  Hi I had a driveway done by these guys and have ended up with a major issue.So there was a section of my driveway were a pile of very packed **** was left over from my garage being built.Before having this company come out and do job I had the salesman (possibly owner wont tell me)come out and go over exactly what I wanted and the things that needed to be done.The biggest thing being the area of 2-6 inches of **** had to be removed.This **** is thick and extremely packed and just running skid steer over it wasnt gonna remove it and he fully agreed and said it will absolutely be removed we cant asphalt over **** like that.Fast forward to the morning of the job and I even went out to the skid steer operator and told him about the **** and he said yup he was aware and it will be removed.Well the **** did not get removed it got graded over causing a mound in my new driveway that will fail in future due to ****s expansion and shrinkage.All Im getting from them is thats what my 2 year warranty is for and complete denial that it wasnt removed o and that I was out there and should of noticed.First off not my responsibility I made everyone aware many times and yes I was outside but never on that side of driveway and from were I was standing it looked ok because everything was covered with fresh gravel.There is no denying asphalt was laid over **** and I have pictures and even some videos to show it.Also we were promised 2 inches (after being compressed) and got nowhere near that most edges less than a inch and some already crumbling.Also there machine was broken down for about 2-3hrs in my driveway with a truck of hot asphalt just sitting there.This entire experience was a huge disappointment even after going above and beyond with communicating with them.The driveway also has loose pebbles everywhere causing major issues for my wife thats in wheelchair and main reason we had driveway paved.(poor compaction or from being to cold.I have many pictures but wont upload.

  *** has already been out here and all he did was make excuses and deny the ovious mistakes his crew made.*** also sent clear pictures showing everything and have plenty more.I cannot continue to meet with him and have him lie and deny everything and act like Im someone that has no idea how this stuff works.This driveway cannot be fixed its over 3-6 inches of **** in spots and most of the driveway is very thin like maybe 1 inch.We were told would be 2inches after being compressed and its most definitely not and I do have all the messages from *** telling us that.Most recent rainstorm also showed me 2 other issues.When I went over everything with ******** showed him 2 holes at end of driveway that needed to be fixed and oviously they werent cause I get 2 puddles were the holes were.I have no interest in this company redoing this driveway honestly dont want them on this property again.Only possible solutions are refund and rip this driveway up and remove debris and driveway put back how it was so I can hire a company to redo properly.And this time stay off the new grass like I asked multiple times and after confirming they would they ended up driving roller over the new grass section not cause they had to for the job but just to go get a gas can instead of walking o and stood on it for half the day while equipment was broken and asphalt cooling for hrs.

  *** came out to talk to you in person you wouldnt come to The door matter of fact you took a picture of him at your door *** sent it to me 

  you made your brags to my workers how you got your other building done for free 

  we should of walked away from your job right then and there 

  we have not lied we done exactly what we told you we was going to do in contract 

  please give us a chance to fix it 

  but there is no clay 

  The job was done very professionally and done right 

  If there is low spots we can fix them 

  but you have to give us a chance to fix them

  So the lies continue #1When *** came to the house I was not home (if I was I certainly would of went out)I sent a screen shot of him from our cameras on side of the house after he lied telling me he checked over the area that was paved over the **** the screen shot was showing that he was about 15feet from effected area as stated in message even though he said he walked entire area he did not all on video.#2 Told *** the wrong building frame was put up the first time and we had to wait for new frame to be built and that it took forever and there was 100% no compensation as the building company fixed there mistake and never ever did I say we got building for free or any discounts we paid full price the day that building was finished and I have all the receipts.Another great example of your professionalism and reason I dont want you guys on my property.#3 You say its not paved over **** it 100% is its clear as day I sent you the picture showing the layers and the big hump in driveway right were the **** is and *** says it is push out from being graded but it isnt my shovel edge from when I removed **** off grass was still crisp  down the edge if was push out that wouldnt be the case.****** was put over **** and paved ******% nobody except person that made the mistake could deny it its so ovious.Theres no point of *** coming out and lying to my face anymore all you guys will do is deny deny deny and now making up lies to try and discredit me.So whats the excuse for the driveway being extremely thin when it was supposed to be 2inch thick after being compressed?Maybe low spots can be fixed but the thickness and being put over **** cant be fixed and all you guys can say is that what your warranty is for.Lastly this job was anything but professionally executed your workers literally stood around in my driveway half the day wrestling with each other (all on video) instead of putting time into prep work as your machine was broken down.

  Ok well I would appreciate stories not to be made up to try to discredit my concerns.The truth is there were many issues with this job as Ive stated.Everything I have said I have the proof to show.Also I would like to see this picture I sent you of *** at my door?Because I never took a picture of *** at my door so that is a lie.Also would like to know what crew member made up the story that I said I got building for free cause *** was only person I talked to about it and certainly never said what you claim a crew member said I stated so that was a lie.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Driveway cannot be fixed without being torn up and redone because.

  #1 Driveway is very thin in most areas maybe 1inch we agreed 2inches compressed have all messages stating that.

  #2 Big portion of driveway was put over **** no questions it is 100% can deny all you want its clear as day to anybody that isnt responsible for the mess up.

  #3 low spots due to poor prep of areas I asked to pay extra attention to.(This could probably be fixed).

  #4 new issue as of this week weeds/grass blowing out multiple spots of new driveway many pictures if needed.some of these spots are maybe half inch thick vs the promised 2 inch compressed.

  Please tell me how you can fix these issues without ripping it up and redoing it ?And without patches everywhere.There is no way.I will not have a patched job of a new driveway.This is your mess up not mine.

  When you see that driveway is way under the promised thickness which it is but I get that you have to see it for yourself first but once you see how thin it is and weeds already blowing out chunks whats your fix? Trying to get a idea cause if you gonna just say we can repair thats not gonna work and no need for you to waste your time or mine coming out here again cause Im well aware even though I can show you the layers still even after weeds and grass growing your still gonna deny paved over clay.Its so thin I even had some fine blade grass come threw middle not even just edges.

  Like you examined the **** issue ***** feet from effected area and told me it was push out (is not push out thats why driveway is elevated 6 inches there with hump Ive sent pictures of the 3 layers before old driveway)Never even looked at it and just denied thats why Im well aware all your gonna do is deny and offer some shady patch jobs on new driveway.Only fair thing to do is have a driveway company come in here that you dont know and I dont know so the truth can come out about this cheep new construction like driveway if your confident that this driveway is 2inches thick and not on **** and is a quality job it shouldnt be a issue for you.

  Again driveway cannot be repaired needs to be relayed at promised thickness.Without  getting into all other issues you promised 2inches after being compressed and it is way under that almost everywhere and now I have another issue besides all others I already have a crack starting.The point of having a company come out and look driveway over is to give a unbiased opinion on the quality and repairs needed.****** confident in this driveway thats already settling causing bumps/cracks already on top of all other issues that shouldnt be a problem there isnt gonna be a charge and if there is I will pay them.All you guys say is it was done professionally and its perfect .Thickness way below spec promised,more and more low spots every week (poor compaction of base you added to use less asphalt),cracks already appearing and all the other issues weve previously gone over.This driveway was rushed and not done properly maybe it was a accident because of equipment being broken down and all the chaos that it caused and I could understand that but it really stinks cause we are left with a thin driveway below promised thickness lots bumps/low spots already forming,crack already forming and edges so thin a lawn tractor could crush.And of course **** issue but wont even get into that.At this rate this new driveway may last a couple years.

  We had a parking pad/driveway paved on 04/20/2022. During the installation, they had an equipment failure. At that time we were told that it may be the next day that the paving would be done. They ended up laying the ******** that night in the dark. The next day, they came to heat the ******** and flatten it out with heat resistant shoes. Were told we could park on pad within 24 hours after it had time to cure. Also we were instructed that it may be beneficial to apply a "hardener" within 2 weeks Paid in full 04/21/22 $11,800. Waited until 04/25/22 to park on pad and noted that the car's tires were sinking into the ********. Also, had noted that the dimensions were not correct & the driveway/road was not straight. It is supposed to be 2 inches thick. One side is more than 2" but the other side is less than 1 " thick. Areas of rocky ******** were already coming up. Contacted All star paving regarding issues on 04/25/22. After that time, All Star came to look at the property and was shown the issues. He then stated that they would make things right up to repaving if needed. It was over 2 weeks when he came to look at the ********. When asked about the hardener he stated needed to be applied, he stated that there was a different hardener that was needed that didn't need to be applied in the 2 weeks. I spoke via text and phone multiple times with All Star from 04/25/22 to 08/22/22 when he said that he would be trying to fix the problems the next week. Each time, I was reassured that he would be coming and we were on the schedule. I have not heard from him since the last text 08/22/22. The work has not been completed, the areas where the rock were coming up are now turning into holes. The pad is still too soft. With the road not being 10 foot wide consistently, the one side being less than an inch, and the pad not the measurement that was quoted, we are missing a few hundred feet of ********. I have pictures that I could send later, but at this time, they will not load

  *************** from All star paving came to the house and gave us a signed contract that work would be completed in April. I would not consider this as resolved until the work is actually completed as he has told us multiple times within the last year that the work would be done.

  I just wanted to contact you to let you know that the contract I received from the company stated that they would fix the problems by the end of the 2^nd week in April.  The last communication from the company was on April 5^th stating they were getting ready to complete the project and planning on the next 10 days which would line up with the last day according to the contract. However, I have not heard from them since. The contract was signed on 02/11/2023. This allowed them 2 months to resolve the problem. The original work was done almost a year ago 04/21/2022 and we notified them of the issues on 04/25/2023. It has been almost a year of them saying that they would come and fix the issues within a couple of weeks.

  We deeply apologize the delay but we will have it fixed by The end of the month as noted , we had some technical issues with the equipment that we have to use to fix driveway
