I had eyelashes applied on 10/14/2022 at Idolize Brows and beauty in ********, ****. I paid $159.38 and within 24 hours, the lashes in the left eye started falling out. I called the business which stated that they cannot give me a new full set, which I was not asking for. I asked them to apply lashes on the left eye to make it look symmetrical with the right eye. I was told it was because I came in with makeup on, which they removed when I came in. They also offered me 50% off my next lash service which I did not want. All I was asking for was to replace some lashes that fell out on one eye. At this point, I am asking for a refund because they will not stand behind their services. When I originally asked how long these will last, they said I would need to come back in 2-4 weeks for a fill. I feel that since they started falling out within 24 hours, they should attempt to make this right, I even sent them pictures which showed the fallout.Initial Complaint

On Tuesday, March 8, 2022, my mother received an eyelash extension service from IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty's Huntersville location. On their website, they have the price listed as $115 for first time guests. Although my mother was indeed a first time guest to this business, they charged her the price of a returning customer, which is $150. Assuming this was an honest mistake, I called to see if we could get the $35 difference returned. The associate I spoke to told me she would relay the concern to her manager and I would receive a call back as soon as possible. Hours went by and I had not received a call back, so I called IDOLIZE again to check in. The manager claimed her system does not allow returns to debit/credit cards and also stated she would not give the money back to us in cash either. A store credit would have been an okay resolution, but unfortunately my mother did not like the eyelash extensions nor the customer service received since she was overcharged. They were very unapologetic and we would just like the $35 difference returned to us. If they do not want to honor the first time guest price, they should remove it from their website. My first time going to this same IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty, they tried to charge me $150 instead of $115 as well. I would have also been out of the $35 difference had I not showed the employee the pricing on their own website.Business response

- What lash extension service did she get done? Our first time clients receive the service for $99, not $115. Did she receive a different type of lash extension service?
- Does she have a name of the person at the Spa that she spoke to?
- Can you provide me with the name of the client (mother), so corporate office can look her name ** in the system please.
