Please read reviews on yelp! We talked to another couple whose story was identical to ours!! They were taken for their deposit like us and like us sued and WON in small claims court. Im hoping other people see this and can avoid the h*** weve gone through. Were in the process now with our lawyer trying to recover some of our money through their their personal equipment and tools used through the business. We WILL get our money one way or another. Please be aware of **** and Charlie and dont give them a dime. If you do use them personally pay for your doors and dont give them a dime for a deposit!!! Dont get scammed like we did! We decided to go with Charlie and **** after positive reviews online and an A+ rating form the BBB. We gave a deposit for materials which were never purchased. Per ***** text all materials including doors and paint would be bought immediately so there wasnt a price increase. After being put off several times with excuses we decided to contact the door company that they told us they were using to make our doors and we were told no doors for our job had been ordered. According to the company Charlie and **** cant even order any doors until their outstanding debt was payed. After a year of waiting we went to small claims court and won our case. Hopefully this helps someone out so they do t get taken like we did.

We never canceled the job on this customer. We had to postpone the job one time due to being sick with covid. We had scheduling issues due to problems getting materials because of the supply chain issues. When we had time on the schedule to put this customer they did not want us to do it at that point Because they had people coming in for Thanksgiving. We told them we could put them on the schedule and they waited till the day before to let us know that we could do it when we already had somebody else scheduled at that time. wWe never canceled the job with this customer. We explained them we would put them on the schedule but we had to get caught up with people that were on the schedule prior to them before we could get to them. We also had to change their time Do you do there scheduling. We try to work with our customers as much as possible around there scheduling. They wanted to cancel the job because we could not fit them And in the time frame they wanted us to. We had to move times around for them because of their schedule and we had to move times around because of supply chain issues. We've never had an issue in the many years we've been open for business. They decided to cancel the job. We do not offer refunds If someone cancels the job. I have text message proof that they canceled the job. We were more than willing to do the job for the customer and see what do the job for the customer but they chose to cancel the job.
