My husband and I have had multiple issues with our rental home since we have moved in December 22, 2022. There have been multiple instances where I have called HomeFront anytime of the day or any day of the week and I have gotten no answer at all but my husband who is deployed has been answered right away or called back. Same thing with emails I get no answer for weeks and he gets answered within that day or the following morning. We have an infestation in our house and they have barely done anything about it even after I have put in maintenance requests and wrote a letter of complaint. They don't get things done in a timely manner at all. I have severe eczema and I have an exterminator spray my house 2-3 times a month and spray raid in my house almost every week which not only impairs my husband and I's health but my pet's with how much of it we breathe in. We've had termites eating away the siding of my home and when they came out to inspect it they said "Oh yea." and waved it off like it was no big deal. I now have a snake nesting in the side of my house. When they also came to inspect the house because of the infestation they claimed it could be "because I moved from across the country and I brought them in" even though we lived in an apartment a few minutes down the road and the owner wanted to tell me how his problems at his house are worse than mine. I honestly have no idea what do at this point then to get in contact with fair housing agency and the **** Along with everything else our front door doesn't seal nor latch properly, my side gate does not latch at all it takes a month or more to get anything done. I shouldn't have to be paying $1,500 a month to live in a house where I do not feel comfortable living in at all.
