Very unprofessional! Threatening to sue ** and foreclose our house because we have not received the second half of the INSURANCE COMPANY money. We have done our part and paid our percentage what we had to take care of! He also lied about sending a claim in for our damages for the interior part. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ****** and his wife ***************************** are in fact clients of NRCG. We were hired to replace their roof. We did that to the highest of Certainteeds installation standards. (They have no complaints against our quality of work or craftsmanship) It is now almost 4 months later and we have not been paid in full. According to their insurance company the final check was to be released on January 3rd of 2024. And sent out on February 7th. We still have not collected the final payment from ****** or his wife. Neither ****** or his wife took this matter seriously or gave it any thought until they were sent a 10 day demand notice to pay us in full. (For 4 months we tried to communicate kindly and professionally with his wife) Now that we are pursuing legal actions against them they are upset and hoping we will back down from this matter by posting their review. As a business it is imperative that we protect our people, suppliers, and laborers and we intend to do so by filing a lien on their property until the remaining balance of their roof is paid, should the issue not be resolved we will pursue a foreclosure of their home under NC construction lien ************* to pay their unpaid balance.As far as the interior goes, Victors wife was made aware that the dollar amount given for their roof and minor interior damage was only enough to cover the replacement of their roof and that we would send in a separate quote to try to help them recover what it would cost to fix the interior leak. She agreed and went under a contractual agreement for the roof only.Since then she has asked us several times to fix her ceiling that we are not under a contractual agreement for nor would we want to further work for them when they havent paid their debts for the remainder of their roof. To call us liars when we have proof of that and proof that a separate quote for your interior damage was in fact submitted to try to help them is both slander and disheartening. We sincerely wish them the best and hope they are able to financially settle this matter without us pursuing any further legal actions.*************************.
