      I purchased frozen foods from them on October 11, 2022. On October 17, 2022, I received a notification that they could not ship my order due to a dry ice shortage. I immediately replied by email that since they couldn't ship my order right away, I needed them to hold the order and ship the week of November 7, 2022, as no-one would be home the next two weeks to accept the order and put it in the freezer to avoid spoilage. They replied with an email on October 18 saying they would ship my order the next week. I again immediately responded with my request to ship the week of November 9, 2022, due to the issues described above. The next email I get is on October 24, 2022, stating that my order is on the way. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that would take ***** hours because "they were busy". They are not interested in helping to solve the problem that they created, and now I have to get someone to stop by my house for up to 3 days this week (because they can't tell me when the order will be delivered) to put the food away so I don't lose a $200 order to spoilage. This is horrible customer service. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way. I did tell them I expected a call from a supervisor, but now this is strictly my problem to deal with, because they don't care.

      In September of 2021, I purchased a 5-pound package of Perdue Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets from the newest ****** in **********, ********. I prepared some of the Perdue Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets according to the directions. I bit into some of the Perdue Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets, and they were as tasty as I expected.That soon changed, once I bit into another of the Perdue Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets that I prepared according to the directions, there was a BONE in the Perdue Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Nugget that I bit into! I was shocked, not only that my tooth was broken and the roof of my mouth was scratched and bleeding! I went to my dentist as soon as I could because it happened on the weekend and the dentist office was closed. So, I had to do what I could to keep from breaking my tooth or damaging the roof of my mouth any further. I had to go in to have my tooth repaired and get medication for the scratched roof of my mouth. I contacted Perdue to report what had happened and spoke to a Customer Relations Representative named ****. I gave her the information and she said that I would receive documentation to be filled out by myself and my dentist. I was also told that I would receive two prepaid mailers to send the Perdue Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Nugget that had the bone in it, the actual bone, a copy of the paperwork that I needed to send back which included a copy of the unaltered purchase receipt and the packaging from the product. I followed the directions quickly so I could get everything to Perdue as soon as possible. I did what I was required to do by Perdue.I have contacted Perdue on multiple occasions by email, phone calls and mail and have been told multiple times that they have received everything that they asked for but, they have yet to contact me at all for any resolution to my issue. It's been just about 1 year and they have not ever connected with me in any way at anytime for anything!

      On 9/4 we placed an order with ****** for a Chicken bundle. We telephoned them on 9/7 to check the status of this order #ZPEF-455640. It had not left the warehouse. I spoke to ******, one of the Reps. for more information. After speaking to here I told her this would not work, their shipping of a perishable item. She stated it could take 10 days, I said I will not except a perishable item like that. She gave me the case #*******A. We followed up this request with TWO EMAILS regarding our desire to cancel the order, along with the phone call. All request were made on 9/7 in the morning plenty enough time for them to cancel the order. We will also require our refund of $147.91 which appears on my bank account.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  After several telephone calls and three emails they did cancel my order and refunded my money back to my bank.  I am relieved to move on.  Thank you.
