This is the most recent email I sent to Velocita: Please help!!!! I am absolutely heartbroken at what a horrible experience we have had with your company, thus far. We ordered a suit in December for our son ****** ********, which was continually delayed. Now the suit was finally done I believe about two weeks ago and my husband, ***** ******** paid the balance due $499.50 which was deducted from our account on 4/26/22. I attached a photo of the deduction to my account. When he paid the balance due, he was told that the person who does shipping was not at work that day my husband paid it and they would ship it the next day. Now we are being told, your showing a balance owed still before it ships….. My Husband advised that’s been paid. She said well it’s showing it’s in shipping waiting for payment to ship. I am just at a loss for how disappointed I am in this whole experience, we have waited for three years to finally purchase our son a race suit made just for him and we sadly chose to use your company. It was a really big deal for us to finally have our son not wear a hand me down race suit. Unfortunately, it seems we waisted a very large amount of money and we just keep getting the run around. If your not going to send us the suit then at least have the decency to refund our money so we can start the whole process again. :( Again, I have attached a picture of where the balance was in fact paid and deducted on 4/26/22. We really just want the suit shipped to us immediately, please assist us ASAP. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. I pray we hear from you soon.
