We live under slum lords. They do not come out and fix things we let them know need fixing. They are charging other people out here less rent than us. I get ignored unless I’m talking about money. They expect the rent to be paid in the first of each month but do not care for our living concerns. We are being told we have to move our personal items off the property; trampoline and outside table and chairs. This so called property business needs to be shut down!Business response

The statement of the customer (tenant) is that he/she lives under slum lords. This is totally incorrect: this quad property has been extensively updated and all repairs are completed in a timely manner and in good workmanship. This unit has no outstanding repair requests.The statement that this customer (tenant) is being charged more rent than the other units is incorrect. Each unit in this quad property are being charged the same rent with the exception of one larger unit that is being charged $50 more.The statement that this customer (tenant) is being told to remove personal property is true. Moved into the home managed by Sensational Realty. We found the following issues with the home and have received barely any contact from the Property Manager ******** as well as nothing from the Company. Rent for this home is 1500$ Black mold was found in the freezer portion of the fridge. Water damage on two parts of the ceiling, both upstairs and downstairs Shed out back was falling apart from the roof and the floor is rotten Nothing was cleaned prior to moving in Serious health and safety issues are observed in regards to water damage that can lead to mold, and the black mold found. Microwave didnt work when moved in Garbage disposal didnt work, nor was it cleaned out, caused a rancid smell Oven does not work anymore Vents are coming out of the ceilingBusiness response

5/3/2022 All issues in this complaint had been resolved prior to 5/2/2022, or work has been in progress. Tenants were given a cleaning credit upon move in. Tenants have been given the opportunity to terminate their lease with no penalty, which was declined.
