We never heard any complaints from **************** regarding the brake services done on his truck. Once we received this complaint from BBB we then reached out to **************** and offered for him to bring his truck back in for the brakes to be replaced at no charge to him due to the brakes having a 12 month warranty. He agreed and brought his vehicle in on 12/13/23 in which the brake job was completely redone, see the attached document. We also reached out to him after he picked his truck up to make sure he was happy with it and he stated he had no complaints, brakes are working great.

Late May/June 2022 ***** serviced my 2016 Jeep Cherokee it was overheating and coolant fluid was leaking I asked if he could do a full diagnosis to see why it's overheating the 1st visit I paid $126.35 about a few days/maybe a week later same problem mechanic took a look at it while I waited and said he couldn't find anything wrong with it but my car was still overheating he stated if it does it again bring it back but for now I cant see anything a few days later I was back for the same reason this time asking ***** to please take a deeper look at this issue I've been here serval times I need my jeep fixed right this time can't risk breaking down and having to pay more fees cost. each time I took my jeep back he said it had something to do with a crack hose then a clamp that disconnected off ********* fixed it called and said I owe I paid $97.40 around Mid July/Aug 2022 I was back again same issues this time he said I owed him around $166 -or something I asked what are you charging me for when he called to advise my jeep was ready for pick up he only mention I owe $30.82 for replacing radiator cap He started yelling at me in my face saying You expect me to keep fixing your car for free I said no but you only said to me over the phone I owed for radiator cap I stated to him that I had been bringing my jeep for the same reoccurring issues I have paid my jeep is still not fixed when I drive it on highway or local streets it overheats again and this has been going on for months I told him I don't understand if your doing a full diagnosis on my jeep why its still overheating he said it's an old car with a lot of miles on it and I can't guarantee you it wont happen again just don't worry about paying he yells again now get your car get out don't you come back here again I could smell coolant when I started my jeep but I was too afraid to go back inside so I left that afternoon engine light came on while driving I'm told coolant may have spilled in engine the cost $1700

***************** had wrecked that car and had problems from the start after getting it from the body shop. I was brought into the middle of it may 5th to repair a coolant leak. Frontal impact does damage to coolant system and obviously she had other problems before she came to me. She also refused repairs at the dealership. I don't know why she thinks I should pay **** when I had nothing to do with the wreck or original car repairs and she didn't pay not one ***** on the 3rd visit to us having it towed from the dealership.

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr ***** didn't fix my car for the repairs I paid him for. He was fully aware of what happened to my car I explained everything to him.  He could've easly said  I dont want to get involved. I asked ***** do I need to take it back to the other shop if this is something they need to fix and what he said to me was No I can take a look  at and fix it for you so I left my car with him  I paid him A total of $223.75 for a vehicle I can't drive $1700 was after he became  irate &  yelling at  me in my face to get out & don't come back his exact words were don't worry about paying me just don't come back here again he handed me my keys I left Before I got home my car overheated & my engine light came on I was afraid to go back after my last experience I was told coolant may have spilled over in the engine at the time of coolant being serviced/repaired as I stated initially I could smell the coolant when I got into my car. The cost is $1700 to take engine out & go from there to determine the demages At this time I asked myself is this why he became irate & said I can't guarantee you it won't overheat again because he knew what happened it could've been a simple mistake that has to be owned & worked together to figure it out I'm without a vehicle and I don't know how much longer my employer is going to allow me to work remote. He has to refund me $223.75 + 850= $1073,75 to split the cost because he's aware of coolant spilling into the engine I counted on ***** being a professional business owner to fix my car as he said he would do ***** what would you if this happened to you my end result is I don't have transportation my car isn't fixed. Sincerely,

      *************************

I did not wreck her car she did. I was the original person that repaired it. I tried to help her and she was very happy that we had gotten her going again. I still don't  know why she is blaming me for all of her problems with her car it all stems from the wreck and original repair. So I am also rejecting her complaint.
