My child has been ordering from this website and she is 15 years old! There is no safety check her only allowing you to choose that you are 21 and then proceed with purchase! I reached out to the company they said they will put my address on the mailing block list yet she has been ordering at least 5 times! Since! Brytnae is 15!Business response

Placed my order valued at ***** on 04/19/24. Never have received any shipping updates, any communication from the company, yet my credit card was billed the *****. I emailed asking for updates on shipping again on 04/30/24 then again on 05/02/24. Ive had zero response from any of my attempts to communicate.Business response

They have never made any attempt to notify me of any backordered products, nor have they responded to any of my attempts to reach them. Ive called the number on file, which just goes to a ****** voice mailbox. Ive emailed three times. Not once have they reached out to me.Business response

This was meant to be attached in the last email. We still have not received a response from this customer about the backorder of their product. He could have communicated directly with us. However we will refund that now for him. It will reflect in the account in 2-4 business days.Customer response

They are still completely lying about trying to communicate with me. Not one time have they ever responded to an email that I have sent. No text, no phone call, not one single attempt have they made. I will accept their response once I see my credit card charge reversed. Then, and only then, will I accept the response from this terrible company.Customer response

The seller isnt shipping the order within the agreed upon shipping time and is not responding to email inquiries. The website very clearly outlines shipping times (2-3 days). It is now day 7 and the order hasnt shipped. On day 5, I reached out to the seller. I received an automatic response saying they would get back to me within 24 hours; they did not. At this point, I am seeking a refund as I was charged in full on day 1.Business response

I never received my order or even an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. My order was placed around June 16 2023 and the money was taken out of my account. Its been 11 business days. *** tried contacting them through their website and no response. I tried emailing them and received a generic response. I tried to call two different phone numbers and it just rings busy. I want my product or a refund please.Business response

Date of transaction- 5/17/2023. Order number- ******. Amount - $76.97 for 4 items. As of todays date - 5/28/23 the order is still "Processing". For ********************************************************************************************************* refund the amount. Repeated attempts via email on their website produce no result. I can only assume this is a scam, lacking any explanation or any communication from this company. I have contacted the ************** for consumer protection in ***** and ************** and now filing a complaint with the BBB. This appears to be a theft by default.Business response

5/1/2023 I placed and order. I ordered 7 items. When the order was received 2 of the items were incorrect.There is a sticky note attached that says " We upgraded you because an item was out of stock we are sure you will like it" I don't. I ordered specific items and what was sent is NOT an upgrade. Just a different flavor.I didn't request a substitute. I have emailed requesting a refund for the 2 items that were out of stock.Business response

made a purchase jan. 16 and still processing. they said product was available so i don't understand why not sent yet. worse part is i emailed a couple of times now and received no reply. this is poor business and i want action. this is not the performance of a b+ business.
