      i called this towing company to get car towed to get checked because problems the night before car running **** By morning the battery had died. I let the receptionist know the problem and now car doesnt start. she said they can tow car and if i do business with them tow would be reduced. When I got the call, they said it was just a dead battery and I said my battery was less then 2 years and they said they ran a test on it and it was totally done and i needed a new battery. I agreed and they put the battery in and I picked up car after paying $350 for tow, battery and labor. when I drove away about 1/2 a mile the engine light came back on started running bad again, I turned around and went back. He said it would be another $140 for them to check it out and then said the cam gear needed replacement. I said I wanted my battery back because again, that battery was not even two years old and wondered why they didnt recommend that I bring to place where I got it because i may have a warranty. He said he can't take it back because the battery was already put in and used. I decided not to do the work there because at that time I didn't trust them knowing that the price may keep going up and took it across the street to AAA for second opinion and they said it was the solenoids that needed to be replaced. I called back and said I'm going to pick up the battery and he said ok. When I got there the battery was gone - how convenient!First of all the mechanics didn't ask me about my problems and probably didnt ask the receptionist, and then after putting in the battery, they didn't drive the car to make sure all was good. if they did, they would have seen the engine light on, but instead, they said they didn't know about the light because the battery cleared it out. I believe they didnt talk to the receptionist about my complaint regarding car problem Now I paid $550 for a battery when it should have been a jump and the $140 to analyze problem and also didnt get battery back!

      The customer had her car towed in for a no start issue. Once the vehicle arrived we immediately looked at the vehicle even though we had other vehicles ahead of this one. We found the vehicle had no power so we hooked a charge pack to the battery and got the vehicle started. At this point we were able to test the battery and charging system and found the battery tested bad. At this time we informed the customer that we recommend replacing the battery since it tested bad. The customer was told the price and she agreed to the repair. We installed the battery and the vehicle started and ran properly. The customer paid her bill and left with her vehicle. The customer than returned with her vehicle after a short time stating the check engine light was on. She stated the light had come on the night before but this was the first we heard of this. At this point we pulled the codes to see why the light was on and informed the customer of the codes that were in the computer and that it needed to be diagnosed further but that there was a diagnostics charge of ****** plus tax. The customer agreed and we proceeded with the diagnostics. Once we spent time diagnosing the issue and determined what the problem was we informed the customer of what was needed and the price. At this time she declined the repairs and drove her car away. Everything we did was completely necessary and approved by the customer. The vehicle came in with a dead battery and once the battery was replaced the vehicle started. The check engine light was not on when we got the vehicle started and we were not informed that it had come on the night before until the customer returned. I am not sure why the customer is upset with us.

      If I could rate this whole entire company location below a 0 I certainly would. Let me just start with the fact that Im a 20 year old college student with a job and its been 2 months and im still at the same spot I was with this company at the time of the incident and the fact they dont have hook coverage at all which i had to figure out myself because the owner (***) keeps lying! but I received a tow from this company back on 12/05/2022 and the associate hooked the wrong piece on my vehicle causing my vehicle to slip off the tow truck, roll across the street, jump a side walk, and land on top of a ****. This incident caused major damage to my vehicle. I was and still am highly upset but I have been patient with these people and have not once cut across, cursed, yelled, or even got smart with these people until the front desk agent hang up on my grandma. Its now 1/27/2023 and I keep getting the run around because im young and they think im stupid. They finally gave me their insurance name after calling them NUMEROUS times but thats all they would give me.. Ive had to do all the claim filing myself with no policy number, claim number, or anything because they wouldnt and still wont provide it.. Ive gotten cussed out by the *** ( the owner) and he gets the associates to says hes out. I caught him one day because i got my stepmom to call and he picked up right after being told he wasnt there. The front desk agents are rude they talk over you and hang up on you. They keep telling me that theyve been talking to their insurance agent and have a claim filed but its been almost 2 months and they still cant provide me a claim number or policy number but turnouts I was able to contact someone to get their insurance information and shockingly theirs no claim with my name on it. Except for the one i tried to file with them (which they cant help me because they have no hook coverage) I will never ever in my life deal with this company again.

      ********** vehicle was damaged during a tow we provided. I reported the incident to my insurance company but it is still in the process of being handled by the insurance company. I have made several attempts to explain this to **********. I have made several calls to my insurance company trying to find out why it is taking so long. I will continue to try to get this issue taken care of as quickly as possible.

      Its not the first time we have taken the vehicle in and ended up with a new problem. This time they replaced a part without following the correct procedures so it wouldnt affect anything else. Then they lied about what they did. It used to be a sound place to get your vehicle serviced but it will cost you more to fix it once you get it back. Stay away or see for yourself!
