We have placed an education credential evaluation service order for my wife and I have an order number to prove the service placement. IEE supposed to send the evaluation report to me instead they sent the evaluation report to ***************************************** for no reason. This is what their customer support and information says,I have called ***************************************** and found out that they didn't sent the evaluation report to them either. Instead they uploaded the report onto their own website and saying they have partnership with ***************************************** and they can access to that report any time. This is totally unacceptable. Now they are asking me pay additional fee to get evaluation report copies.IEE service explanation is very vague and they need to update the information correctly.Business response

It was requested that the second recipient was for ***************************************** that we'll deliver the evaluation report through MyIEE Institution portal as this will be seen on the page. We can delete what we sent to ***************************************** if you wish to continue.

I am rejecting this response because:IEE has not sent any copy to *****************************************, which can be retrieved by them. I have not requested to IEE to sent anything to them *****************************************. Instead they uploaded the documents to their own websites and this is nothing but making customers to pay the money for nothing. I don't have anything in my hand except original certificates received from them. This is really unethical practice.
IEE need to deliver the electronic copy to me, that is the only solution and then they can decide to delete or retain to the copy in their website, which no one can make decision.
Appreciate their help.
