I am a former patient of ************ **********************. My appointment was to have impressions, for a valplast partial. My second appointment I thought I would be taking the partial home with me, that was not the case, the partial looked nothing like my real teeth, the teeth on the partial were very small, my teeth aren't small, and the gums on the partial really stood out, because they weren't t the same color as my gums. I told Dr. ********************** they weren't acceptable. So he had them made again. The second time the partial was re-made, it was just like the first one. Dr. ********************** asked me if I wanted to hide the clip, or I wanted the partial to be stable in my mouth. I told him I wanted both. That was a unbelievable, question to ask a patient, who has to pay hundreds of dollars for a partial. I expect nothing less than excellence. He filed the partial down so the clip wouldn't show, and that loosened the partial. I called his office to talk to the office manager, but I was informed that they had no manager, and I needed to talk to Dr. **********************, so ***** scheduled a consultation with Dr. **********************. My husband and I went to talk to Dr. **********************, to discuss how the partial was falling out of my mouth and that we are not satisfied with the partial. I requested a refund, because I am not comfortable with Dr. ********************** and his staff. I say this because my first visit , when I was checking out *****, demanded $600, and I didnt receive my partial. There was another lady behind me, she told her she would bill her. On my second visit she did it again, a man was checking in, and she told him she would bill him. What is the difference between those two patients and me? We didnt look alike. That is a hurting feeling, I will never step foot in that office again. Dr. ********************** told me and my husband there is nothing he can do. My initial appointment for impressions was 10/4/22. I paid $400 10/4/22.Business response
