In July of 2023, my car was experiencing an oil leak. We took it to the **** dealership to have it evaluated. They said initially, it could just be the cylenoid. It was replaced & didn't resolve the issue. They then said we needed to replace the turbo boost & catalytic converter, which cost over $5K in total. A month later, my entire cooling system had to be replaced caused by the initial oil leaks, etc. I had my brother in law (accredited mechanic) replace those for me, because I couldn't afford to take it back to **** at that time. 1yr later my coolant is leaking again. Brought it back to the same center, the mechanic tells me that my cooling system needs to be replaced due to damage caused by an oil leak (possibly said "corroded" I cant remember).I asked them " you mean the oil leak we paid over $5k to repair last year?".In short, they told me they were taking pictures of all of the damage in an attempt to have replacements (cooling system &turbo boost) repaired under the warranty. I have texts from the technician handling my issue telling me to keep receipts from anything purchased or replaced in the meantime. 3 mos later, they still havent resolved issue & now are saying the oil leaking wouldn't cause that & I need to bring car back in to have it reassessed. I asked them why did I need to have it reassessed when their mechanic already did so, three months ago... ***** ******************* Manager) told me, "That mechanic is no longer with us." ( how convenient). I have called over the last three months, was told repeatedly they'd keep me updated or call me back, they never did. I was told in July that if it was covered by the warranty that the turbo boost and cooling system would be replaced at no charge to me. Additionally, three months later, ***** finally tells me "Well, the turbo boost is covered under a 2 year unlimited mile warranty". Even a month ago, when having my oil changed, the Take 5 in *************, said leak came from the turbo boost gasket/seal
